This house was above and beyond our expectations. Plenty of large open spaces for gathering, supplied everything needed, and very clean. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking.

Dixie was a wonderful host, responsive and helpful! The house was clean, private, and in a great neighborhood for walking and running. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and appliances were new and easy to operate. We watched an amazing moonrise from the back deck. We really enjoy Pagosa Springs. The one overriding issue, NOT in Dixie's control, was the smell from the nearby lakes. Hot weather and mostly standing water caused a strong, unpleasant odor outside and inside the house that we could not get away from. Other lakes not too far away did not seem to be as affected, so hopefully the city will look into those that are.

Great Place!

This house was fantastic! Close to town, places to eat and of course skiing! The house had everything we needed for a great stay. The views were amazing! We had a great time.

Peaceful in Pagosa

Had an amazing week in this very well-appointed and very centrally located home in Pagosa Springs. Right on a lake and golf course as described. Great communication with owners. We'll be back!

Thank you. The house was amazing. Had everything you could ever need. As a family we love to cook at home. All the firewood was available and the fireplace was so cozy. The views were unbelievable. Was able to do yoga on the back porch and gaze at the hot air balloons. So close to everything but also very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. We look forward to coming back again and again. Thank you

Happy New Year!

We enjoyed our stay and celebrated the New Year while we were there. The house is beautiful and well stocked with any amenity you could ever need. The house was close to skiing, snowmobiling and town.

Christmas in Pagosa Springs

Loved the home, plenty of room for the 10 of us. The fireplace downstairs puts out lots of heat. Wonderful linens. We had a great time.

Birthday in Pagosa

Dixie’s house was perfect for four adult foodie couples celebrating our birthdays. Kitchen has EVERYTHING. Such a perfect place. We’ll be back!!

Mountain Retreat

Great mountain home retreat with about a 40 minute drive to Wolf Creek. We had 3 adults and 3 teen boys (18) and it was the perfect place to come back to after a hard day of skiing. We had everything we needed to make meals at the house. Beds were comfortable. We all loved the geese that would come right up to the back porch to visit! We would definitely stay here again!

Very Large , Nice & Comfortable

We do an annual trip to this area every year as a group of guys that used to work together. We had plenty of room In this large wonderful house located in a convenient area on the golf course with a lake view. The house was very comfortable & had all the amenities that was required. Would definitely stay here again !!!

Don't miss this one!!

What a beautiful place to be! Far enough from the downtown chaos but close enough in if you want to soak in the springs! This beautifully decorated cabin is warm and welcoming and everything that you need. Right on the golf course with comfy everything! comfy furniture.

great location, great set up! The house had everything we needed - from extra blankets to the most obscure type of kitchen tool. Loved being able to utilize the garage to pull in and unload our luggage and groceries. We had the most amazing views of the hot air balloons taking off every day. The host was attentive, reachable and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!Would definitely stay here again.

Great Pagosa Stay

Four adults in our group that stayed in the home for a week, and had more than enough room. The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Host was awesome and responded quickly to questions. We spend time in the area every year, and have for years. This home will be our preferred booking moving forward. Best of the best!

Mountain home on golf course

Ideal home for a family. Although it was a home situated on the golf course, we used this roomy house as a comfortable place to stay while we experienced great skiing, snowmobiling and a trip to Durango. This home has all to offer for use anytime of the year. the only thing I would be concerned about in the summer is that there is no central a/c but opening the windows to cool it down should suffice.

Large lovely home perfect for ski family

Our family - parents and adult kids and their friends stayed at the house for our annual ski vacation. There is plenty of room to spread out with beds for everyone. A well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook together each morning and night. We could easily sit together in the family room playing games or watching movies. Very handy to come in and out of the garage using the remote after our ski days - especially during the winter storm. Sad to leave, but will definitely be back.
