Questa casa in stile piantagione si trova a Princeville, patria di alcuni dei migliori resort delle Hawaii, campi da golf e ristoranti. Princeville è anche il sito di tre spiagge, Pu'u, Kenomene Beach, e Kawweonui Beach, è a pochi minuti da Anini Beach, Baia di Hanalei e la Na Pali Coast.

Questa casa mostra l'orgoglio di proprietà ed è stato costruito nel 1995 su un privato, un quarto di acro pacco situato su una strada privata. Lush, professionalmente curato, paesaggio tropicale circonda la casa. Questa casa dispone di tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta e molto di più. Arredato con accenti isola. Grande Lanai all'aperto e patio per intrattenere all'aperto. Anche il garage ha boogie boards, sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e dispositivi di raffreddamento per i nostri ospiti da usare. Ci sono anche due biciclette e un kayak per avventure fiume / oceano.

Sappiamo che vi tornare ancora e ancora a casa nostra in paradiso!

Our family of five had a lovely stay. There were many amenities and the home is in a great location. The outdoor shower is amazing! Scott was very quick to respond. Overall it was a great trip!

Great space for a family vacation. We had a total of 5 in our group and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Grounds are beautifully kept and all the windows definitely help with the fact that their is no a/c

The house is located in avery beautiful and quiet neighbourhood.The place is just as seen ibn the pictures, in fact, even nicers because pictures dont do much justice to the vbeautiful otdoor spaces, garden, flowers and brids.The outdoor shower is very special and the house is very well equipped with all kind og gear for the beach bikes.Our kids loved the ping-pong table.The owner answered quickly by email but only uses text messages, not whatsapp. Overall the communication was good.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kalika Hale in April! The house was very clean, the beds were comfy, and we felt right at home. Enjoyed every morning and evening on the back patio, made friends with all the birds and chickens, and chased a few geckos. The location was perfect for the 6 of us, in a quiet neighborhood; and we were at the shopping center every day, either for shave ice or burritos or grabbing sushi at Foodland. I don't think we ever quite figured out the attic fan to pull in cool air over night, but even with coming back to a warm house in the evenings, it cooled down pretty quickly once we opened up windows and doors. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to stay here again!

This home is amazing! Our family was here for a wedding in Princeville and we were extremely happy we stayed here. Everything was very clean, and kitchen had everything you could need to prepare meals. There is a beautiful outdoor eating area. The garage was a game room with all the beach gear you could ever need, bicycles, ping pong, and on and on. House is close to beaches, grocery store, hardware store, park, and golfing. Easy drives to see things on other parts of the island too. Being a first time Vrbo users we had some questions on how to do things, and texted back and forth with the owner, Scott. Scott was very nice, great to work with, and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Scott!!

Tho a house is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. The hosts gave us tons of information about the house and also about the area. Additionally they had lots of extras like boogie boards, bikes, ping pong and darts. My kids loved it! We would definitely stay here again.

This house was so beautiful and peaceful! It had all of the amenities we needed. They had a first aid kit supply kit that was definitely needed. The kitchen was very well supplied we were quite surprised (including a rice cooker!). The host was very communicative whenever we needed anything or had questions. The outdoor shower was amazing! We would definitely stay here again in this beautiful neighborhood.

Nice Princeville home. Quiet, best location for walking or riding Princeville. Nice Lanai for enjoying evenings outside away from Hot house. September our visit Beach toys for family and bikes for everywhere. We enjoyed the house for peaceful sleep.

Thank you for your response. Normally we get a five star from everybody that stays in our home. I can understand why you said a Hot house. Yes, it can get warm however we have done everything possible to help with the Summer Island Heat. Normally we have trade winds in the afternoon that helps but if your stay was without, then I understand. We have done the following to help. 1. Ceiling fans in every room, even the garage/game room. 2.Floor fans in every room. 3. Whole house attic exhaust fan. 4. A/C in the primary bedroom. The only thing missing is A/C in the entire home. If we added that we would have to raise our low nightly rate by $100 just to cover the added expense. Maybe that is an option we can provide in the future. We believe with all of the other amenities and the great covered outdoor pavilion with fan and lights makes a nice place to retreat to if the home is uncomfortable. We trust your future visit to Kalika Hale will not disappoint. Mahalo, Scott

We enjoyed our stay at this Princeville home and found it to be a great base for exploring the North Shore.Before we booked, Scott was responsive and helpful, answering questions promptly and making the process straightforward.The home was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Rather than feeling like a rental stocked with only the basics, it had many everyday items and conveniences that made settling in easy, like a towel closet and extra linens. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, which we appreciated during our stay. There were nice design touches around the property.We had a mix of sunshine and rain while we were in Kauai. On the rainy days, the game room became a favorite spot for our teenager, who spent time playing ping-pong and darts. When the weather cleared, he took advantage of the bikes and rode to Anini Beach and Hideaways Beach, which ended up being one of the highlights of the trip for him.The beach gear was another nice touch. Having chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and boogie boards available meant we didn't have to rent or purchase anything extra for our beach days.The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept, and being only a couple of minutes from Princeville Center made it easy to pick up groceries or grab a meal.Overall, we appreciated how easy and comfortable the stay was. The home had everything we needed, and several things we hadn't expected but were glad to have.

Tranquil oasis in paradise

Pleasure staying in such a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed listening and watching a variety of birds fly by and liked how close the beaches were nearby.

Thank you for your stay. We strive to keep our rates as low as possible. If we had A/C throughout the home we would need to raise our rates. The home has ceiling and floor fans in every room. Even in the garage/game room and in the pavilion on the patio. Normally with the trade winds and whole house exhaust fan we find the home very comfortable. If someone needs A/C then the best bet is a condo with A/C. If you need a home with A/C the nightly rate will be much higher. We believe the amenities at Kalika Hale outweighs the need for A/C. Especially at out low rates. :)

Garden oasis

The house and neighbourhood were excellent, the focus of our stay was in the garden gazebo surrounded by numerous birds. The property has everything we needed, including deck chairs, bicycles, snorkelling gear, etc.

Having been born and raised in the Bay Area of California, my wife and I were no strangers to the allure of coastal living. Our affinity for the islands began even before our two daughters came into our lives. It all started with a simple invitation from friends to their condo at Hanalei Bay Resort some 30 years ago. From the moment we woke up and were greeted by the breathtaking view, we knew we had found our paradise.

Despite having explored other islands, none could compare to the beauty and tranquility we found in Hanalei. It was a dream we couldn't shake off, and eventually, we made it a reality by purchasing our very own vacation home in Princeville.

Now, our home in paradise serves as more than just a retreat for us. It's a sanctuary where we spend about three months every year, surrounded by the warmth of family, friends, and guests who gather to share in the magic of this special place.

We're confident that our Kalika Hale will exceed your expectations. Come and experience it for yourself, and discover why we've fallen head over heels for this slice of heaven. And don't forget to indulge in the splendor of Hanalei Bay, hailed as the best beach in the country. We look forward to sharing our piece of paradise with you.

If you have never been to Princeville, Kauai (North Shore) you will know why we purchased here once you come and visit. If you have already been here...well...need I say more.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The peace and privacy our home in paradise offers. The lush gardens, water fountains, birds bathing in the bird bath and after sunset our yard is illuminated for late night enjoyment. We have converted the garage into a very nice game room with ping-pong, sleeping couch and a 65" smart TV. A great place for the kids and adults to enjoy when not sight seeing or at the beach.
