Welcome to your perfect getaway in Sunrise Beach! This charming and comfortable home features two inviting bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus two full bathrooms with showers for your convenience. The cozy living room includes a futon for additional sleeping space, making this retreat ideal for families or small groups.
Enjoy all the comforts of home with central AC and heat, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dedicated coffee corner. TVs in the living room and primary bedroom are ready for your personal streaming via your portable WiFi or hotspot.
Step outside to unwind on the spacious deck or fire up the grill in the screened gazebo. With plenty of outdoor seating and easy access via hard-surface roads, this home is a great home base for lake adventures or just relaxing. Parking is available in both the front and back, including space for a boat trailer. Boat/tritoon/wave runner rentals are available just 15 minutes away.
Furry friends are welcome on the property. The attached garage provides a secure and comfortable space for your pups to rest.
Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are just two miles away—everything you need is within reach for a peaceful and memorable stay at the lake.
