This is a wonderful house for 2-4 people. Very clean and quiet in a great location. The host is amazing; she responds quickly. We would stay again.

Loved this place. My husband and I go to Healdsburg at least two times a year for the past 20 years. We usually stay with friends however this time we had to rent a place for a memorial. We have rented two other places that we did not like at all. This place was very cool very well appointed very clean and very close to town and our friends on Chiquita. I highly recommend this place. It also has air conditioning and the host is fab. Parking is a bit difficult however manageable. I love the area and all the trees. I know they also take dogs and it is a two bedroom one bath, excellent kitchen and all the amenities that anyone would ever need For a vacation. You will not be disappointed if you rent this place from Roxanne.

Comfortable and convenient

Had a really nice stay here - was very close to the center of Healdsburg (no more than 5 min drive) and had everything we needed. Was very comfortable for three of us visiting Healdsburg for a wedding.

Wedding Weekend Stay

We were so happy with our stay. The close proximity to Healdsburg, the ease of check-in and check-out, the beauty of the home and its surroundings and the wonderful communication from its owner were all fantastic. We’d absolutely come back!

Very clean and tidy. Great kitchen. Nice spots outside on patio to visit. 5-10 minutes to great restaurants. Very good visit.

Quiet and Peaceful

Stayed three nights to attend a wine festival and go to the coast. Lovely home, quiet and peaceful away from the main street but close enough. Uber was plentiful and just a few dollars to get to town. It is a beautiful area.

Great house and location

The owner of this house has made one of the best attempts I have ever seen to make sure that every need for a guest is addressed. The hospitality is spot on and the house is very comfortable. The house has beautiful antiques, a great deck and it is only two miles from downtown Healdsburg.

A lovely stay with a lovely host!

The property was so cute - the pictures don't do it justice! Roxanne was an excellent and communicative host. I told her we were celebrating my mom's 70th birthday and she very sweetly had a card and balloons for her in the kitchen! The center of town is very close by. I'd highly recommend this place and would be very glad to stay again!

Great place!

We had a wonderful time at Roxanne's home that is perfect location for wine tasting. The entire home is well stocked with everything you need and extremely clean. Roxanne is very easy to communicate with.. We would love to return!

Great location. Super close to town. Great bathroom and great shower. Also nice kitchenAnd outdoor patio. Interesting layout of living area makes hard to convene for an inside convo or TV night. And loud noise from water pump? Throughout evening in one bedroom. Host very responsive.

Sorry for any inconvenience. We are in country on well and septic. There is holding tank for water in case of drought. The pump will go on to keep tank full but only after certain usage of water. I’ll check with my well contractor to see if there’s anything that can be done. Feel free to move couches!

Great House

What a lovely little property! The location was great and a very short drive into town and close to many wineries. We spent every morning sitting out on the cute patio drinking coffee and listening to the birds under the beautiful trees. And it was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in! Great selection of spices for cooking and all the other essentials. Fantastic!

Wonderful Healdsburg Getaway

Short turn off of Dry Creek Rd. Hidden in the trees and hills. Charming home with beautiful private outdoor area. House is well stocked for anything you may need and has a cozy fireplace. Roxanne was super helpful and accommodating. We love this area and would definitely stay here again. Close to Dry Creek General Store and a ton of wineries.

Perfect place with dogs.

This was the perfect place for a dog. The front patio was fenced in so we could leave for dinner and our the wedding we came to Healdsburg for and not be worried about the dog. Couldn't have been better. My daughter and son in law loved pole vaulting into the tall bed (:.

Private retreat!

Our stay was made thoroughly successful by having this wonderful home to come back to or stop off in between outings. The location from Healdsburg is ideal. Your in the midst of wine country while still having a quiet,’private retreat to recharge! Roxanne is a very thoughtful host who accommodates your needs. She has appointed the home to meet your needs to feel at home. Staying here was a great experience and one worth repeating.

our slice of country

This place was PERFECT! My sister and I hadn't had a father daughter trip in forever.this was a short hour and a half ride away from home and we had a great little escape. The bathroom is beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Roxanne was very accommodating and we enjoyed everything about our stay. Best of all, our pups Simba and Mowgli were able to join us and they loved being able to roam free with no worries and take naps on the amazing dog bed. I would recommend this place anytime.
