House is a fantastic private retreat that felt like a treehouse. Stunning views, nice decor and comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen. Be advised that parking a van or multiple cars may be tricky due to fire lane and minimal curb. Also house is well above the street, so keep in mind that all visitors, luggage and cases of wine will need to be carried up and back down flight of stairs. Better instructions on heat/AC recommended.

This property was lovely. It accommodated four of us comfortably. The kitchen was well-appointed, as well as the bathrooms. Our favorite place to hang out was the covered porch with its pleasant views of the surrounding hillsides. It had several cozy couches and chairs to relax on while we had our morning coffee or a glass of wine. We made the short hike down to the river, which was an added bonus. The drive to get there surprised us a little, as the road gets quite steep in places and is one-way at the end. Not for the faint of heart especially at night. Best not to bring an oversized SUV or truck since parking is also a bit tight. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host Heather was awesome!

We loved our stay! Truly a fun location with the views and all the outdoor space. Highly recommend for folks looking for a unique and special place to stay in Healdsburg. We came expecting the mountain drive (and mountain parking) plus the stairs. All of it was well worth it for the benefits of this location!

Healdsburg Hilltop is a lovely , serene place to be . The hosts have thoughtfully invested themselves in this special home and it is reflected on many levels including physical maintenance , gorgeous, mature plantings and a multitude of amenities. If looking for a place to unplug, Healdsburg Hilltop is highly recommended.

The place was charming, lovely, and very picture ask. We felt like we were in a treehouse. The heating and cooling were compromised; and, except for the linens, one has to clean up after themselves, which is not typical. However, it was very quiet and enchanting, and we would stay there again. One issue to be aware of, parking is very limited, and can only accommodate a midsize vehicle.

Lovely hilltop retreat! Enjoyed our stay that was ultra convenient to Healdsburg Town Square. As stated in property description the four flights of stairs from road to the house are not for those with any mobility issues.

Heather was an excellent host. The house is super beautiful and comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need to cook a meal. Definitely take a peek at all the house materials she sends you - the instructions to get to the house are very useful, and her recommendations for local restaurants and activities are really great! We also loved that the house is so close to a magnificent trailhead!

We just loved staying here! There are a lot of stairs, but if you're healthy, it's easy! The views are just beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck every evening!

Awesome House & Beautiful location

The house was really nice and very well stocked. The location was so peaceful and quiet. The beds were all very comfortable. We would stay again for sure.

Great place!

This was our 3rd time staying here. We really enjoy the covered deck overlooking the Russian River. The house is well stocked for cooking with most everything you’d need in the kitchen. We will be back!

An incredible oasis

One of the best vacation homes I have rented. Tucked away in the nature on Fitch mountain, while still being close to the town of Healdsburg. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home in an amazing location. We have stayed numerous times in Healdsburg but this was a first renting a home, I would stay here everytime moving forward!!!

We love this place! The deck is just the best, even in the winter on a rainy day! Great views. Cozy place. Kitchen is really well stocked.
