6/10 Soddisfacente

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in, comunicazione, posizione
The host communicated efficiently during the trip, but was not accurate in describing amenities (beach chairs) that came with the property. This was misleading and frustrating. The house felt clean but not deep cleaned, dishes in the cabinets had food on them from the prior guest. Smoke detectors died in both units during our stay, the oven didn’t work but they fixed it the same day it was reported. The beds were not comfortable. The properties were spacious and a great location to access the beach multiple times a day.

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that portions of your stay fell short of expectations. The listing notes that a total of 8 beach chairs are provided for the two units, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the setup. We’re also sorry for the housekeeping concerns you encountered upon arrival and will address this with our housekeeping manager. We’re glad the team was able to quickly address the oven issue during your stay, and we appreciate you bringing the other concerns to our attention. We're glad that despite the issues you encountered, you enjoyed the spacious layout and convenient beach location. Kind regards, BVR

Non mi è piaciuto: Check-in e comunicazione
The place was great. Beds were good, good water pressure, plenty of towels, great location, etc. the main issue we had was check in. We requested early check in months in advance (our flights got in early) and we were told it’s possible just to let them know 24-48 hours in advance since they would have to clean if it was rented the night before. We requested again 2 days early, no one had booked the day before we got there. We requested a day before and morning of. We were told every time that they’d try and let us know. I probably asked a total of 10 times in that 2 day window, (several times the day of) we were not given the go ahead until 10 minutes before normal check in at 3 pm. If we can’t have early check in then that’s fine, just tell us rather than giving hope.

Thank you for your comments, Tyler. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and its great location. We’re sorry for the frustration and disappointment around the early check-in request. We understand how important that can be, especially after early travel, and we regret that our communication did not provide the clarity you were looking for. The housekeeping schedule does not always allow the flexibility to offer an early check-in, which is why we are unable to guarantee it. We’re sorry this was not more clearly communicated prior to your stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again. Kind regards, BVR
