Clean, spacious, and so peaceful! Loved that it is on a vineyard and can walk over to the tasting room. We hosted an event and it went very smoothly. Everyone had a blast! Just a 10 minute drive to nearest grocery store.

Vineyard was lovely. The house was big enough to accommodate our group. But the heater was fixed at a temperature that was too high (we had to call the host about this), the house wasn't very clean (dirty carpet on stairs), and many little repairs are needed (ex: unstable bannister). Not a well-maintained property, yet the host had many rules and admonitions for the guests.

We are sorry there was confusion regarding how to use the nest thermostat, to heat and cool the house and we immediately turned it off per your request. We will make sure on our check in, walk thru, to explain this better. Our cleaning company has always received great reviews, we apologize for the 2 carpet stains on the stairs and will ask them to clean those stains. The slightly loose bannister was immediately tightened per your request. And the rules/instructions for the house are to prevent damages to the property for guests that are not familiar with this particular house and not accustomed to a well and septic system. We are happy to hear you enjoyed our spacious Farmhouse and our lovely vineyards.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was very spacious and provided the perfect amount of privacy for our family of 10. The views are absolutely beautiful, and we especially loved watching the sunset from the front patio—in fact, our family pictures for a baby gender reveal came out perfectly with the vineyard as our backdrop.Highlights for our family:- Comfort & Convenience: The AC worked perfectly, which made the space very comfortable.- Gathering Spaces: The large kitchen and dining area easily accommodated our entire group, making meals together a highlight.- Amenities: Having 3.5 bathrooms was a major plus for a group our size, and we really appreciated the grill with a full propane tank.Areas for improvement:While we truly enjoyed our stay, there are a few small things that could elevate the experience for future guests:- Kitchen Inventory: The pots and pans were missing lids, cooking utensils were old which made cooking a bit challenging. Adding these would be very helpful.- Cleanliness: We noticed some blue cleaning solution residue left in one of the bathtubs upon arrival. A quick extra check during the cleaning process would be great.- Updates: The bathrooms are a bit dated, though they were fully functional for our needs.Overall, this was a great home base for our family trip, and we had a lovely time!

What a gorgeous stay! My family was impressed with the beautiful area in which this house is located. Also the house itself was perfect for us, roomy and has so many places to gather for conversation, indoors or out! Walking to the winery on the property was icing on the cake. Love this place!

Amazing stay! The host was easy to communicate with, and it’s an added bonus to easily walk down to the tasting room. There is ample space in every bedroom and more than enough common room area. The area is secluded, so it feels very private. It is close enough to get to various food spots. I will definitely stay again. Thanks!

The home was spotless, stylishly decorated, and so peaceful. It was also perfectly located for our weekend—being so close to our wedding venue made everything incredibly convenient. Hosting our family for a rehearsal dinner here was effortless; the space was comfortable, welcoming, and ideal for gathering everyone together.Our hosts were warm, attentive, and thoughtful, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. This house was the perfect fit for our crafty group. It was a nice large, open space. The house was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. It was lovely to be next-door to a winery and on the Vineyard.

Fabulous House in the Country

Hart to Hart Vineyards Farmhouse is a great house for a big group of people. There were 8 of us. The owner was very accommodating and let us host a brunch for 30 as part of a wedding that was in Placerville. We spent time on the back deck in the morning sun and the front porch in the evening sun. It is quiet and the surrounding views of the vineyard and hills is tranquil. Would stay here again.

We are a small family owned winery in the heart of Gold Country along Historic Highway 49 and the American River.
Sherrie Everhart is the proprietor of Everhart Cellars at Hart 2 Hart Vineyards, who began her adventure with her late husband Jim, on a nine acre vineyard nearby above Salmon Falls Road, called the Pilot Ridge Vineyard . The micro climate here produces wonderful grapes that create smooth balanced wines.
In June 2013 we opened our Coloma Valley Winery, Everhart Cellars, it is our primary location, and features our wine tasting room with outdoor patio, beautiful terraced picnic area, gardens, winery event pavilion, and the Vineyard Estate Farmhouse vacation home.
Our Tasting room and gift shop is open Thursday-Sunday 11:30-5:30
Our wines are mostly Estate Grown and we specialize in Blends and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our wines include:
Pinot Grigio, Vermentino, Chardonnay, Happy Z!N, Sparkling Wine, Barbera, Romantique Harmony (bordereaux blend ), Bella Lynda (Italian Blend) Ryker Red (Rhone Blend), Merlot, Petite Sirah, California 49 Red Table Wine, 'Ruby Lips', Orange Muscat, both late harvest dessert wines. And our signature varietal Cabernet Sauvignon.
