Relaxing lanai- warm living room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is great, beautiful, but it is warm in the main living room and kitchen. It's ok at night when you can enjoy the outside and it's cooler, but it's just a little stuffy. Otherwise the place is amazing. Highly recommend

Maui is like our second home. We have stayed at this condo every time that we have visited Maui. The condo is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the best beaches. The condo is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The amenities are great for beach days. My favorite activity is sitting on the lanai, watching the sunrise or sunset, and admiring the gorgeous ocean view.

Great well stocked condo with a wonderful view. Property manager checked in with us the day after we arrived and promptly sent someone over to check out a fan that wasn’t working.

Amazing view from large lanai

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The view was amazing and the location was great; unit was very clean; very large lanai; walking distance to the shops at Wailea and the beach.Con’s: the starter supplies were minimal; the master shower handle fell off; the screen doors need either oiled or replaced. They were hard to open and were loud when opening; there was no broom or vacuum.Overall the place was great and we had a wonderful time.

Great for little ones & close to everything!

My 1 and 3 year old had a great time. Parking was convenient just outside the front door and location is close to restaurants, shopping & beaches. The area felt very safe and the condo was beautiful!

Best Lanai View

Terrific condo and lanai, best viewing of sunsets and it was so relaxing at night sitting outside. Appreciated the beach supplies- towels, chairs and umbrella.

Excellent inside and out

The appartement was perfect, great master bedroom and ok for the other bedroom. Very nice kitchen well equipped and with large window opening to outside patio. There you find a table for four, two long chairs to relax and a very confortable sectional sofa. We had a wonderful stay.

Very enjoyable

The condo is clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The lanai is exceptional with a stunning view. Very well located for access to shops, beaches and walks.

Wonderful Stay!

We are just returning from two weeks at this fantastic condo at the Palms. It was very well stocked and everything has been nicely maintained. The views from the lanai are lovely and our children loved being able to run around on the grass beside this condo. We hope to go back again!

Just what we needed

Absolutely loved our stay here. We could just hang out on the lanai while the kids ran around in the grass at sunset. Comfortable beds, couches and the unit had everything we needed, including boogie boards. We will be back!

Perfect South Maui Family Vacation

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at #1503 Palms at Wailea. The location was super convenient to explore the amazing local beaches all within a 4-5 minute drive. The condo itself is looks exactly like the photos on the listing and really well appointed. We have 2 kids under 7, so we spent every day at the pool which was nice and close. I would highly recommend this for families with young kids!

Amazing family Vacation

We have two teen daughters one 17 who experience anxiety and a 13 year old who wants to be busy. This condo was perfect for both daughters. Walkable to beaches for when our oldest wanted to go home. Had pool and hot tub for when our youngest wanted night swims. Condo was clean, really well organized and had everything we needed for enjoying the beach.

Amazing

A beautiful unit within a great complex. Minor issue - the primary bathroom sliding door to the toilet is very hard to slide. We will be back some day when the U.S. president doesn’t treat Canada like an enemy.
