Colony Beach Club is a beautifully maintained beach front property. My 2nd floor unit was spotless and welcoming upon arrival. It was also well appointed with all the comforts of home. I especially enjoyed my time on my private balcony complete with a view of the pool and the waves of the ocean. The property has great seating areas beachfront to just sit and enjoy the ocean, read a book, take a nap or just listen to the waves. What more can you ask for.

Snow Birds

The condo was in excellent condition. Thr kitchenware and cookware are top quality and in good condition. The appliances are fairly new and in good working order. The pool and the pool area are beautiful. I would consider renting tjis property again.

Updated, modern decor, comfortable bed, quiet corner unit on second floor. Third time to this community and this unit was the best. Full kitchen with everything needed if you want to cook. TV limited so be sure to bring your passwords to access streaming services. Check in with simple combination lock.

Instructions for the door key pad were terrible. We spent 20 minutes trying to get the combination right. When we finally heard back from the host we eliminated the “press the logo” step and it finally worked. The thermostat had no directions on it and no written instructions. All we wanted to do was set the daytime and nighttime temperatures. Required a convoluted series of steps that made no sense. Worst was the bed frame that sticks out 6 inches beyond the mattress. Caught my shin on the corner in the dark. Ripped a 1.5 inch gash that bled profusely…no more pool time after that. Ocean was nice, beach was nice.

Great location on quiet area of the beach, close to everything you would need or want. The only issues with this condo are the bathroom sink water pressure which is extremely low; water merely trickles out of faucet. Secondly, there is no counter space on bathroom vanity as well as in the bedroom. Perhaps the next time the bathroom vanity is replaced, buy one with more counter space and a smaller sized sink. A foldable table for setting your suitcase on in the bedroom would be a nice touch as well. Third, the bed was way too soft for my back. It has a memory foam cushion that isn't very supportive and had me adjusting my sleep position because my back was continually sore after a couple of nights. (And be aware of the oversized bed frame mentioned by others; you WILL hit your shin or feet on it.) The condo was well-supplied with anything you need for a stay and I appreciated the extra supplies left by the owner and other renters,......laundry soap, toilet paper, tissues, coffee, bottled water, etc...... I would stay here again, hoping the minor issues are addressed.
