Notes - Sunrise Condos has been under-going an extensive (and expensive) concrete restoration process. All balconies and Sliding glass doors were replaced in 2020 to withstand a category 5 hurricane. That construction process is complete. Beginning on 11/1/22, the South stairwell is being replaced. This *should* be a 3-month process. The north stairwell and elevators are functional. Working hours are 8am to 5pm and construction ends at 5pm each day. Construction crews typically do not work on rainy days.

At the October 2022 HOA meeting, the board decided to reduce pool heating costs and only heat the pool during Christmas and New Year's. So the pool is now seasonally heated.

Hurricane Ian has caused unusually higher tides. High tide now reaches the seawall while low tide leaves the beach assessable. Guests should be aware the high tides are higher than usual.
