Il nostro condominio di lusso si trova nello splendido complesso Oceanfront Villamare. Questo condominio è situato vicino alla piscina, alla spiaggia e alla sala fitness ed è pieno di ogni comfort di casa! Abbiamo molti ospiti felici che tornano ogni anno!

Caratteristiche: Due camere da letto, più un materasso ad aria queen disponibile per l'uso. Portefinestre da padroneggiare con un letto king-size. Vanità nella camera matrimoniale. Seconda camera da letto con due letti queen size.

Due bagni completi con vasca da bagno extra large. Asciugacapelli in dotazione in entrambi i bagni. Ferro e tavola da stiro. Tre televisori. Balconi con vista. Tavolo da pranzo completo per sei persone. Cucina completa. Kuerig, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Pack-n-play disponibile. Predisposizione per seggiolone su richiesta. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani forniti.

Il nostro condominio è aggiornato, spazioso e arredato con gusto. È luminoso e arioso con il sole della Carolina del Sud che si alza attraverso la vetrata. Ospita perfettamente coppie, amici che viaggiano insieme e / o famiglie. Abbiamo un blocco di accesso senza chiave, quindi non dovrai preoccuparti di "chi ha la chiave ?!" e abbiamo internet wireless.

Adoriamo la comodità di poter andare e venire rapidamente dalla spiaggia! Perché affittare vicino alla spiaggia quando puoi stare in un complesso sulla spiaggia ?!

Possediamo questa unità solo per ricevere la nostra piena attenzione. Siamo particolarmente attenti alla pulizia e ci affidiamo a un'impresa di pulizie affidabile per garantire la tua completa soddisfazione. Una completa pulizia primaverile è stata completata e siamo pronti per la nostra stagione di noleggio!

Rimarrai anche colpito dal complesso Villamare! I giardini di Villamare sono meravigliosi: sono lussureggianti, abbelliti da piante tropicali tra cui stagni e fontane. Dispone di una palestra con piscina interna riscaldata (e jacuzzi) oltre alla piscina esterna sull'oceano (e jacuzzi). Inoltre, le nuove funzionalità aggiunte includono l'attrezzatura per l'esercizio fisico nel centro benessere e una piscina per bambini per i più piccoli!

Questa è rigorosamente un'unità per non fumatori. Anche se amiamo anche il nostro familiare a quattro zampe, non sono ammessi animali di alcun tipo in considerazione dei nostri ospiti con allergie sensibili.

Spacious and clean, very quick and easy access to the pool and beach. Perfect for our family due to us having little ones and a lot of things to carry to and from, the trips back and forth were very easy. The property had access to 2 hot tubs which were very nice and relaxing. Overall a great place to stay due to beach/pool access and it accommodated our family of 6 very well!

We had a wonderful girls weekend here! The condo had everything we needed and everyone was very comfortable. We really enjoyed all the Villamare amenities, especially the adult only pool and hot tub. The beach was very accessible and we enjoyed bike rides all throughout Palmetto Dunes. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend!

Love this property, perfect location. Nice amenities with pool, fitness center, close and easy access to the beach and things to do. Love that we could ride bikes all over the resort, close to outfitters where we could rent bikes, fishing poles, kayaks. If you like to play pickleball or tennis, lots of courts within walllkng distance, same for golfing. Just an overall amazing location. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was easy and very timely. Would definitely recommend and rebook this property!

Great condo and Location

This is a very nice spacious condo for our family of 4. Liked that it was right on the beach. Owners are easy to deal with as they responded promptly to any questions that I had. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, and had starter supplies ready to go. The kitchen was well stocked in case you wanted to cook in. It’s a large unit so plenty of room for couples or families. The air conditioning worked well and there is underground parking for a small fee. The property had 2 pools, one for adults the other for everyone. It is steps from the warm Atlantic Ocean. Another bonus was that the property had a free shuttle to Shelter Cove and Leamington. The communication with the property owners was excellent. If we had a question they would answer right away. They gave good recommendations for restaurants. They were so kind to us. We highly recommend staying at this condo.

Wonderful condo!

This condo was perfect for our first visit to Hilton Head. Very easy access to condo from the parking lot. The short path to the beach was perfect and a great way to end the day. Hope to book again next year!

Great location!

Everything was great. Loved the location, perfect size. Just an FYI the shower doors in the 2nd bath need to be worked on, they were hard to slide and seemed to be off the track. We would definitely rent here again!

Spring Break

We had another amazing stay at our favorite condo in Villamare. Tammy is wonderful to work with. Zero issues, gorgeous new pools and hot tubs. Perfect floor plan condo for parents and teens. Kitchen has all you need. Quiet balconies to read and relax on. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

OK but could be very nice

Owner should get a new cleaning service and fix numerous “little” things. Time to spend on some fix up and updates. Property and pool area were excellent and proximity to beach was awesome.

Fabulous Hilton Head Beach Property

Great location. This home was super clean, large bedrooms and balconies, easy access to get in. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and very nice towels to boot. The grounds were amazingly beautiful. Two great pools and two hot tubs, bbq's with table near by and most importantly to us an easy walk to the beach. Literally like 3 to 4 minutes. There is so much to do here. Bike riding, swimming in the ocean or pool, golf, kayaking, shopping, nature walks and great restaurants. We had a great stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Tammy for such a great place to spend out vacation.

Short Time But Great Trip

While this condo is not beach front nor does it have a beach view it is only steps away from the beach. I was grateful that we were that close to the beach and the pool. The kids loved the beach and the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a balcony. There were 6 of us and the living space was sufficient. We did not have any problems during our stay and if the opportunity arises we would stay in this condo again.

Hilton Head getaway

This is a wonderful property, great location to everything we like to do. Beach is an easy walk, nice pool, pickleball down the street as well as golf. The condo has everything we needed, it was very comfortable. If you want the coffee maker it is under the kitchen sink,, so you can swap it out with the Keurig. We will rent again, the owners are very communicative and want to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much.

Week at HHI

Our family was very satisfied with Tammy and Jeff’s condo in Villamare at Hilton Head. Their place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Tammy responded immediately when we had an issue with the air conditioning. The lower level location of the unit we found to be convenient to access everything around the property and to our vehicles parked in a garage a short distance away. We would recommend this unit to anyone visiting HHI.

March at VillaM

Our stay was perfect. We have stayed at VM many times, & have always enjoyed our time. Our only concern/suggestion about the complex( not our unit) is that there is no recycling. Visitors used to be be able to use the H H Island facility, but now you have to be a resident. Even with only 2 of us, the amount of trash we put down the chute was upsetting. can't rate the property mngr, as we had no communication with him/her.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Years ago, we were in your position: pouring over seemingly thousands of vrbo listings trying to find the perfect place to stay during our Hilton Head vacation! We stayed in #3128 and loved it so much we bought from its former owner! We had looked at many Villamare units for sale but truly preferred the convenient location and the decor of this unit with its cool color pallette and beachy feel.

We have made every effort to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests while staying in our unit. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, we have premium mattresses on our beds, and we employ a reputable, cleaning company that wants you to be absolutely impressed with the cleanliness of our unit. We have many repeat guests and we'd be happy to provide you with references!
