2-bedroom 2 bath condo nestled in Brigantine Quarters within Shipyard Plantation

First floor end unit with privacy and lots of sunlight overlooking the fairway of the prestigious Shipyard golf course. Unit sleeps 6 comfortably, linens are provided. A washer and dryer is provided should you need it. Fully stocked kitchen with all you need to cook your own meals if you wish.
You must provide your own beach towels, and there is NO smoking inside the unit. For the kids, Brigantine Quarters features a playground with barbecue grills for family fun. Enjoy a peaceful bike ride through nine miles of beautiful, landscaped bike paths. Bikes can be ordered ahead and dropped off at your front door from many bike companies around the island.
Enjoy two beautiful pools, one is heated for your spring and fall enjoyment. Pickle ball and tennis courts are also located on the property. Located within a mile of the wonderful Coligny shopping and restaurants. Please make sure all trash and recycling is removed for pickup. Most importantly you can access the beach through a private beach entrance and your code will be provided.
If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, we invite you to come stay at 234. A little bit of heaven.

It is an awesome venue and beautiful location!! However, we found out two days before going there that there had been a water leak from the washer. The floor sunk in several places right in the main walking area. The smell of mold greeted you the door on every entrance. The owner had just bought the place in August and hadn’t had time to get it fixed when no one was there. He did everything right except telling us about the issue sooner so we could’ve gotten another place.

I requested back in late August about the floor issue needing to be fixed. I thought it was going to be done before our next renter stayed there. I found out a few days before the renter arrived that it had not been fixed so I contacted them about it We just purchased the condo in July. We want it to be a place where people will want to come back to. We also are using it for our own enjoyment. There was no mold smell when we were there in August. I have notified the management company of this issue The floor is fixed now.

Shipyard is centrally located on the island. The condo is an easy walking distance to the beach or a nice bike ride. Shopping and restaurants as well as grocery stores are very close by.

First floor end unit with lovely natural light overlooking the golf course fairway. This condo offers everything you need to feel at home and enjoy your vacation. Private entry to the beach as well.
