Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept kitchen and living area with plenty of seating for everyone—perfect for shared meals, meaningful conversations, and relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining setup so your whole group can dine together with ease.

The home offers two expansive living spaces:
• A cozy downstairs family room for laid-back gatherings
• An upstairs game room packed with entertainment—pool table, ping pong, darts, card table, plus a lounge area with a TV

Step outside and enjoy two levels of screened-in covered porches, perfect for unwinding without the bugs. The main-level porch features a private hot tub and opens directly to your pool area—ideal for both relaxation and fun.

Whether you're soaking up the sun or cooling off, the private pool is a guest favorite (open from Memorial Day through October 15; please note it is not heated).

For lake lovers, you’ll have access to a shared dock. A wooded gravel trail leads down to the water, where you can swim, relax, or bring your boat. If you bring a boat, you’ll have use of the middle slip.

Please note:
- The trail leading to the lake and dock is somewhat steep, so please use caution when walking down to the water.
- The dock is shared, and other nearby guests may also be using it during your stay.
- The home is not a lake-view property. The lake is accessible by the trail from the home.
- Please use caution and be mindful of the natural lake environment, including uneven terrain and wildlife.

You’ll also enjoy access to 4 kayaks and 1 floating lily pad, perfect for fun days on the water.

Boat Rentals: There are several boat rental options available in the area. Subject to availability, guests can rent a pontoon boat that can be delivered directly to the property's dock for added convenience.

Other things to note
Please note that the pool is unavailable from November through March each year, as temperatures become too cold even with the heater on.

Please make sure the ladder is pulled out of the water when not in use and after use to help prevent algae and slime buildup, which can make the dock ladder slippery.

Grocery stores and other shopping options are a short drive from the property, so we recommend picking up essentials before arriving.
