Wonderful StayWe had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The host was easy to work with, responsive, and made everything so simple. One thing to note for future guests: the beds in the spare bedrooms are not queen-size—they are more like full/double-size beds. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time here! The house is beautiful and spacious with spectacular views. The house is perfect for a family getaway. We came here for the 4th of July to visit my sister, we enjoyed grilling, playing games and visiting rifle and the pool. Everything about this stay was smooth and easy. Communication with the owner was helpful and clear. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. We would recommend staying here for anyone looking for a home away from home when traveling.

Amazing

Zayra was an amazing host and super accommodating. We had to last minute find somewhere to stay and she was so nice and making sure we had everything we needed. The check in process was super easy. The amenity kits were such a nice touch. The views from this house are nothing short of amazing. Will definitely be finding another time to come stay here.

This house was awesome in many ways - very clean, spacious, beautiful views from every room. Secluded but still within 7 minutes of a super Walmart. The house is fully stocked with towels, shampoo, soap, etc. There were even extra water bottles for us, which was very nice. The AC works really well, too. Some cons: The main complaint I have is that although the listing says you’re booking the “entire house” you aren’t really, as the owners live there in the attached garage apartment. You can’t park in the driveway because their cars are there and they need access to the garage. So it just felt less private due to that and I thought the ad was misleading in that regard. It was also a little scary when we got in super late at night and saw cars out front that weren’t ours. I think this should have been disclosed ahead of time. (*there was still plenty of space to park by the front door of the house and we never actually saw the owners, just were told they were there when we asked about the cars*)2 of the beds advertised as queen size are actually full size. There is a large mirror in one of the rooms that is propped up against a wall (not secured) and I was very nervous about it falling on my kids. When we first arrived we immediately noticed very, very strong febreze plug ins everywhere. It was too much so we had to disconnect them. The kitchen lacks baking/cookie sheets, large frying pan, tongs. The water in the fridge is not hooked up and therefore no ice.

It's wonderful to hear those aspects made your stay enjoyable. We appreciate your feedback regarding the owner's attached apartment. We do want to clarify for future guests that our listing discloses before booking that the owner's private apartment is attached to the home, while the guest space is entirely separate and designed with privacy in mind. As you mentioned, you never encountered us during your stay, and guests have exclusive use of the home itself. Thank you as well for mentioning the other items. While the refrigerator's water dispenser and ice maker are not connected, we do provide a separate ice machine for our guests' convenience. Regarding the driveway, we reviewed our listing and were unable to find where it states that the driveway is reserved for our personal vehicles. If you happen to recall where you saw that information, we'd sincerely appreciate you letting us know so we can correct it immediately if needed. We also appreciate you bringing the mirror, kitchen items, and bed sizing to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.

Great Stay

We stayed at this beautiful home which is huge, spotless, and incredibly comfortable for a multigenerational group like ours. The open floorplan and large kitchen made it easy to cook, gather, and relax, and had high-end appliances. The upper-level balcony quickly became a favorite spot for morning coffee and late-night stargazing. Bean bag chairs in the living space were a hit with teens, and we all loved the surprise visitors—peacocks roaming the property and a steady stream of hummingbirds at the feeder we filled. The host even provided thoughtful amenity bags in each bathroom. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Rifle Gap SP, Rifle Falls and the caves, which were absolutely stunning. A nearby Walmart made last-minute errands easy. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, even buying yard games for our group and turning off exterior lights at night so we could stargaze (we did see the Milky Way on a clear night!). A few things to note: the host lives in an attached apartment, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. While she was helpful and respectful of our space, travelers seeking total privacy may want to be aware. Also, while the property is gorgeous, it’s set on a hill, so there’s no flat yard for games outside of the large patio areas. Finally, the house overlooks a small airport with a flashing light at night—it wasn’t a huge issue.We felt truly welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, beauty, and a great location

This host is truly a super host! Everything on the property was high end and the view was amazing. We had a last minute emergency (locked out of car at check out time) and we called the host who told us not to worry!! This was a memorable trip for our family, thanks to the host and her beautiful home.
