What a wonderful experience we had this past week at the Buttercup Bungalow. We loved the location, the history of the house/farm, and the views. The house was beautifully decorated and had most everything we could need. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms as well, and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. Lots of lovely decor and we loved the machine that made the ocean sounds at night. Our little fur baby loved the outside area, along with watching the 3 bunnies feeding along the fence. As one who loves to take photos, the sunrises were spectacular over the old barn behind the house, and we were gifted a rainbow one evening. Brandy was very easy to contact and communicate with and the whole procedure from beginning to end was seamless. We look forward to renting this treasure multiple times in the future when we visit our family in the area. Thank you Brandy for such a lovely place to call home when we visit!!!

This cute little cottage bungalow style house was perfect. The host was excellent and helpful in every way. Brandy was extremely thoughtful and all the little touches in the house were amazing. From the toys to the sound machine to the snacks - all the extras were noticed and appreciated. I would highly recommend this place. So much more comfortable than a hotel even for a quick weekend. 10/10!!!

This is my 2nd Airbnb and I enjoy combining my real estate career along with hosting guests as they get to spend time in our special community!

This location provides a unique "rural" setting but TOTAL convenience to the airport (3 miles away-but hardly any air traffic) and a quick 15-20 minutes to the Rogers Pinnacle Hills area and downtown Bentonville attractions. The property offers ample room for parking for guests and additional cars or trailers. A delicious Mexican restaurant, coffee shop, food trucks, Dollar General, and a gas station all less than 2 minutes away. See the stars and listen to the crickets at night!

Restored 1925's stone cottage, "giraffe style" stone work. Lots of charm and space in the 2b/2b, stocked kitchen, full laundry, new smart TV, Starlink internet, easy check in. Small fenced yard for pets safety. Get away from the hustle & bustle without giving up on your location! We are just a mile away from a wedding venue and 3 miles from the XNA airport! 30 minutes from Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas.
The home sits on 3 acres so lots of room and plenty of secure parking in the fully gated and fenced in yard. Walmart+ delivers to the house. Ubers are easy to get! Mexican restaurant and Brewery one minute away! A secure shed on property to lock up bikes and equipment! Enjoy all the area amenities while bringing your dog with you and having a little elbow room!
