The house was perfect for a weekend away with friends. We especially enjoyed the kitchen, which was fully stocked with everything needed to make a wonderful meal. Definitely would recommend it!

The house was very clean and was accurate in terms of listing and location. We had a great stay with our family and had everything we needed for the beach, etc. An extra bonus was the gym downstairs!

Best hosts with all of the luxury amenities. We are local and booked for a staycation to celebrate our sons 1st birthday and everyone had the best time.

Place was great - worth noting it is mostly on one level (all bedrooms/bathrooms and living space are on one level and the garage (workout area) is ground level (and there are stairs to get to living area from outside). Clean. Great communication. Had no impact on us but it wasn't entirely clear to me that there is another place below and behind the house on the same lot. They were not rented during our time but I think if you have additional people, you can rent them for additional funds, which is great. I assume since it is listed as 'entire home' they would not rent those to other people the same time as main home is rented, since if they did you'd be sharing a yard, firepit, driveway, etc. But may be worth confirming if your event has you staying in a lot and using those amenities.

Hi Melissa, that is correct, there is another unit on the property. It is indeed available for rental and if your party wants privacy, we're also happy to provide that by blocking off the smaller unit (if a booking isn't already reserved on overlapping dates).
