We had a wonderful stay! The lake house was the perfect place for our family to get away, slow down, spend quality time together, and make memories that we will cherish for years to come.With the lake level being lower this time of year, the ramp down to the water is pretty steep, which may be something to keep in mind if you are traveling with elderly family members or anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and are so thankful for the special time we were able to spend together as a family. I would also like to add that communication with Justin was excellent, A heartfelt thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful lake home with us and helping make our family getaway such a memorable one. We appreciate your hospitality and would happily stay again!

Beautiful home! We are a large family and had everything we needed available for our stay! The kids loved the pool and they had several floats available as well which was nice.

The house was clean and in good condition it was exactly as advertised the property had a lot of construction debris around it the vegetation around the decks and walkways to boat dock were overgrown and encroaching the walkways lake was still to far down to use the dock said it would be at full by Memorial Day weekend

The house was absolutely beautiful & clean. The windows offered so much light. The pool and hot tub were super enjoyable after a day in Pigeon Forge or Gaitlinburg. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this new lakeside cabin was a fantastic mix of relaxation and adventure. The cabin itself was the perfect retreat, featuring a private indoor pool and a hot tub on the deck with a beautiful view of the lake. The cabin's proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg made it easy to get out and enjoy the area's many attractions. We were able to spend our days exploring without a long commute. Overall, this cabin offers the best of both worlds: a luxurious and peaceful getaway with easy access to all the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Our family of 12 recently stayed at this property for 6 nights, and while the home itself is beautiful, we left feeling thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The home is nice, the lake views are stunning, and the dock is one of the best features of the property. It has so much potential to be an amazing vacation rental. Unfortunately, the Property Management company has completely missed the mark.We traveled from 3 different states expecting a well-equipped vacation home, but instead felt like we needed to pack our entire house with us. We’ve stayed in countless vacation rentals (and even own vacation rental properties ourselves), and we’ve never encountered a home so poorly stocked & filthy! Not to mention the smoke detector went off 2 nights.My biggest concern is that there appears to be no consideration for the length of a guest’s stay. Whether you’re there for one night or 6 nights, you’re given essentially the exact same minimal supplies. For a home that sleeps 12, that’s simply not reasonable.• Extremely worn-out, damaged cookware that we ultimately had to replace ourselves just to cook meals.• No spices except salt and pepper.• No sugar for coffee.• Only two Keurig pods.• No kitchen garbage bags.• No food storage containers.• No barbecue grill.• No cleaning supplies.• No laundry detergent.By the time we purchased all of the basic necessities, we had spent hundreds of dollars simply outfitting the house so we could comfortably make it through

The house was beautiful and very clean. We were shocked to see that the 4th bedroom which was the largest with many beds was actually a loft looking over the living room. That is not explained in the house description nor is it shown in any of the pictures. That created a problem for us but we had no choice but to make it work. The pictures also show a beautiful lake with a dock. They fail to let you know that the lake is drained for the winter. My husband and grandsons were very disappointed. They came prepared to fish. We also had a small issue with there not being a remote for the master bedroom TV. We understand these things happen but we were asked to search for it multiple times before one was brought to the house. We did search but don’t feel we should have had to. It seems that should have been discovered and fixed by housekeeping before we arrived. We felt deceived over the loft bedroom and not being told about the lake. If we had known these things we would not have rented this house. Especially the loft. The lake and pool are what originally drew us to this property. Finding no lake and a large loft bedroom was a real bummer for us.

Absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was perfect. Checking in was a breeze. Had no issues at all. If I had anything to complain about, it would be that the windows could be cleaned but I find this to be an issue with most cabins we've stayed in. I'm assuming it's due to a lack of time between renters. However, I give this cabin a 10/10. Definitely wouldn't mind revisiting this particular cabin again.

The property was not well maintained at all. None of the games in the game room worked, several of the blinds were not working and/or missing, there were stains on one of the kids blankets. I specifically asked about blinds in the upstairs bedroom, and was told that there were blinds on all of the windows. There were not- the blind covering half of the door was completely missing. This property was on the very high end as is, and with several faulty areas I feel it was worth much much less. Would not recommend. There are much nicer places.
