Great experience in Hyde Park. Such a great location, close to Bayshore, close to great shopping and restaurants in Hyde Park Village AND SOHO! Clean and comfortable stay. Would return!

The neighborhood is gorgeous and easily walkable. We have 2 Golden Retrievers and it was wonderful to have them with us. I would absolutely stay there again.

We had a great experience this weekend. Communication with host was great. Replied to message right away. We were able to check in early since we arrived in Tampa ahead of schedule. The house was very clean, comfortable, parking spot behind the house. Area very safe since we left car on property and uber to stadium. Location is great walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

Although I wasn’t able to stay at the property this time, I wanted to leave a review for the host because my experience communicating with him was excellent. He was responsive, professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Even though my plans changed, he made everything easy and stress-free. Based on our interactions, I would not hesitate to book with him in the future, and I hope to have the opportunity to stay at the property soon. Highly recommended!

Awesome stay

Home was well appointed and very clean. Beds were super comfy and the hosts very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great location.

Our family was in Tampa for my father-in-law’s 90th birthday. Clean, well kept home with all the essentials. We were not there very much, but we had a great time!

Thomas was great and being a chef I found that for me it lacked a great large frying pan. I realize everyone isn't as crazy about cooking however for me it's a thing. I would have added a larger pan and SS mixing bowls. Also I'm a clean freak so the rain caused some cleaning issues as there was nothing to clean the entries with. I would add that. As well as a waste basket for the W/D area. All in all the rain was an issue however I would definitely stay again as the area was quiet and very close to Bern's Steakhouse which was about a 5 min walk around the corner. Parking for a large vehicle was OK and the tenant in the back with the cat was very nice. I have a service dog and upon leaving she came early and did meet Macy who loves everyone. Loved the area and would suggest eating at Ulele about 15 min drive. Loved Tampa and the gorgeous older homes. This area was just lovely. Thank you.

Great house, great location

This house was in an awesome little neighborhood. The kitchen was awesome. It was clean and it accommodated 4 adults and one 9 year old nicely. No complaints. I’m so happy we chose to stay here.

Lovely Place

We highly recommend due to location and comfort. Close to the bay for a nice walk and many food options were available. Being able to bring our dogs was an added plus. The management team also went above and beyond to assist with items left behind by accident. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Nice Property in a Nice Location

My family and I had a real nice time staying at this property for the Frozen Four Hockey Championships. It was very clean, comfortable and very close to Amalie Arena ( only a few miles). Access to the property was super easy and the location is in a great neighborhood and super close to everything (groceries, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) you need.

Family Spring Training vacation

Very convenient location, perfect for a family to use as a base. Very walkable to Hyde Park downtown shops and restaurants as well as restaurants and stores on South Howard. Everything you need is provided and the house is very clean. Parking is very tight but offstreet. Easy access to airport, ballparks and activities for kids. Very much enjoyed our stay.So. Howard St.

Cozy house in the perfect neighborhood!

We came to town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium, and we wanted a place closeby and near good restaurants. This house checked all of the boxes and then some! The beds were comfortable the kitchen was perfectly appointed and the living room was great! We were able to walk to restaurants on S. Howard and we enjoyed the charming neighborhood. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Absolutely recommend and would book again without hesitation!

Overall excellent stay

Wonderful location, comfortable and clean. We had a rare “cold” weekend and would have liked some extra blankets. The bathrooms could use some mats as well. The third bedroom is perfect for small kids. You have to walk through one of the other bedrooms to get in and out so maybe wouldn’t work for friends/adults. But I would definitely book again!
