Beautiful condo was recently renovated and it was nicely done.Had ever thing you would need in the kitchen,was very clean and the views from the balcony were awesome. We just wish the ocean was as great as our stay . We loved the beach chairs.Thank you!!

I LOVED this condo! The communication with the host was quick and easy. I normally have to do some cleaning when I get to condos but not this one! It was so nice to arrive and not have to do any cleaning and I was able to enjoy the time. HIGHLY recommended!

Unit has everything you need for a family .. there were at times 6 of us. The unit was well clean and well kept. Starting March first we were able to enjoy 4 beach chairs with umbrellas! The only complaint was the heated pool was not as warm as it was in previous years. Also one of the hot tubs was the same temp as the pool. Luckily there is a second hot tub

Wonderful place to stay

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at Sunrise 1604. The condo is lovely and comfortable, clean and well kept, access to the beach is perfect, parking is easy, and the communication from the hosts was terrific!

Great family vacation!!!

Excellent place to stay!!!! We really enjoyed our vacation. Loved having the beach chairs available. The view of the sunset each night was a bonus!!!

Great place!

Great location to be in the middle of it all at Panama City Beach! Owners were very accessible and helpful throughout our stay. Condo size was just enough and the views are spectacular! Would definitely stay here again and again!

Me and my family really enjoyed the stay at your place. The View was beautiful. The condo was extremely comfortable. I would love to come back and stay again this time next year.

Great Fall Break stay!

This is a beautiful, well-kept and clean unit that is exactly as advertised. The two sets of chairs was a lovely inclusion. Great communication and assistance from the owners!

The rental property is absolutely beautiful.

Our experience with this property was amazing. The unit was exceptionally clean and very accommodating. The owners were very helpful and quick to provide an answer to our questions. An absolutely great place to stay!! Thank you!!

Beautiful Place

We’ve stayed in a lot of condos over the years and are usually disappointed in something when we arrive and see it in person. However, this unit was even nicer than the pictures online. We would definitely recommend this unit. The owners were great to work with as well.

Fantastic Condo

We highly recommend this beautiful condo! It was very clean and included so many things that were very useful for our stay. The condo was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The pools were absolutely amazing and spacious! You will appreciate having a parking garage underneath for easy access as well! We would love to stay here again!

Very nice

Our room was very nice and decorated nicely also. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Any questions I had, were answered extremely timely. I definitely would recommend, and would gladly stay here again.

Easter vacation at PCB

We visited PCB to see our family that just moved to Tyndall Air Force Base. We loved our nine days that we stayed at 1604 sunrise it is close to everything we wanted to do and see. We also loved the private beach, the pools and the hot tubs. We would definitely stay there again. we had one hiccup and the property owners immediately helped on Easter Sunday of all days. Thanks again to the owners.

Best condo experience

This condo is amazing. We have stayed PCB five winters and this was our best experience. The owners went out of their way to have items available that were useful and way above what you would expect. The owners were responsive to all of our questions which actually very few as they anticipated all of our needs. Look forward to staying here again!

Great location and condo was awesome!!!

You can't beat the location. Within walking distance of at least 3 beach bars/restaurants. The condo has everything you need and was very clean. I would highly recommend. The owners respond almost immediately via e-mail. We didn't need anything during our stay...the communication was pre/post trip via e-mail.

Memorable overall stay

We stayed in this unit for the month of Feb. It was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and had some extras and personal touches that weren't expected. The owners always responded promptly to our communications and were very accommodating. My daughter and her family stayed with us for a few days, and I asked them for comments. They all said "loved it." So, if all of us in the age range from 11-85 were satisfied, this unit warrants 5 stars.

Harold was the best, always quick with all my questions. He treated my family and I very well. They had to do maintenance on the complex and had to shut off the water. Harold was super about the situation and had 2 cases of water to our room.

A Wonderful Stay

This unit is exactly as pictured. Overlooking the Gulf it is tranquil and quiet. The condo is appointed very well and is a joy to visit as a guest. We had a few visitors over the time we were in residence and everyone enjoyed their time. The inclusion of the beach service is a wonderful addition. The convenience of the location allows you to walk to restaurants and shops along Front Beach Road -- although Panama City Beach would not get the highest walkability index due to poor infrastructure (sidewalks, etc.). We enjoyed our time, the hosts were responsive to any questions we had, and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a well appointed condo in a building with lots of wonderful amenities.
