This property is the perfect location for a group to explore Philadelphia. Our group was multigenerational and were in town for a college football game at Lincoln Financial Field and it was a short walk to hop the subway and get down to the sports complex. So many amazing restaurants within walking distance. A perfect spot and set up for a group!

Great location! Close to historic district. Very convenient bodega downstairs with fresh fruit smoothies. Apartment Host was very responsive to our needs. We had a large group with 8 children. The Apartment was laid out very well for a group this size. Kids loved it!

I’m someone who hates to leave a poor review but in this case I’m compelled to do so. This property is definitely not new! It has many issues from dents in the walls, closets with broken shelves, kitchen cabinets that the handles are broken, a very filthy hallway leading up to the unit, a pillow stuffed beside a wall a/c unit to act as barrier to the outside and toilets and a/c that were not functioning properly.Needless to say we did not enjoy this property and would not recommend staying here.

This VRBO rental is a grossly overpriced property with unacceptable general neglect throughout. The bedrooms do not have nightstands and feature cheap cardboard dressers. The living room and bedroom with an air conditioners use cardboard to seal off half of the window instead of standard flexible corrugated plastic. In one bedroom, the ceiling fan ran at high speed if you turned on the room’s light. The remotes in the apartment could not make it stop. In every bathroom hooks are missing from the showers and/or backs of doors. A bedroom door was so poorly hung that it could not be closed without pulling hard on it. One of the toilets has a broken handle and a flapper that needs replaced because the toilet ran continuously, forcing the user to manually reach into tank to close the flapper. Two of the shower mats were absolutely filthy. There were no washcloths provided. The rental needs a few more extra blankets in the closets because the rooms were quite cold at night. There are no instructions about how to operate the television. The check-in was challenging because there are 4 lock boxes on the door with no marking to indicate which one is for the VRBO rental. Fortunately, a young woman happened to come along who lives on the 3rd floor, and she helped us get in. On the plus side, the unit is in a decent location for walking around central Philadelphia and the Old City. Nonetheless, our group of 3 mature adult couples flatly cannot recommend this rental.

Location was fantastic and walkable to so many places. When we arrived tv remotes and fan batteries were missing batteries, however batteries were sent right away. Just keep in mind it is in the middle of the city and above a 24 hour restaurant so it can get loud in the late hours with people ordering food as they are leaving the bar.
