Everything about our stay was wonderful! The property was exactly what we hoped for, and the view was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Greg is a wonderful host and we will definitely stay at his beautiful home again in the future. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Our 2 German Shepherds loved playing in the water. Greg has everything you need for the beach (chairs, tents, boogie boards, life vests, sand toys). Greg even offered to take us out on the bay in his boat. We left our dogs collars and leashes and Greg was kind enough to mail them to me. If you want your own private beach oasis, this is the place.

What a great townhouse right on the beach!Remember when VRBO was actually someone's vacation home to rent? This has that feel. Excellent views from the balconies and decks, fully stocked kitchen (including some spices!) , comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms, excelent laundry, large TV's and the extras? let me tell you: ALL the beach stuff (multiple umbrellas, chairs, tents, toys, towels), A soaking tub under a skylight in the primary bedroom, a spacious garage to keep your car out of the hot sun, so many baby gates to keep the littles or your old pet safe, a bathroom and extra refrigerator off the garage for easy access from the beach, a gorgeous deck on the edge of the dunes with solar torch lights for a fun place to have a beverage under the stars. This was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach and local sites and reset.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront townhome! The location was perfect — literally just steps from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the water throughout the day.The owner was exceptional. He was extremely communicative, provided clear check-in instructions, and responded immediately whenever we had a question. A hurricane was expected to arrive in the area on the first day of our trip, and he stayed in continual contact with us, keeping us informed and making sure we were comfortable with the situation. On the day we arrived, he even messaged us and offered to meet our grocery delivery for us. He also generously offered to take us out on his boat.The townhome itself was very comfortable, with comfortable beds and furniture, and it was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Having beach chairs and umbrellas provided was especially convenient.But the best part for us was being able to bring our Labrador. Finding a beautiful beachfront rental that welcomes a large dog is not easy, and being able to enjoy the vacation together made the stay especially memorable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

From start to finish Greg was an incredible host to work with. Space is clean, well provisioned with cookware, plenty of clean towels, and anything else you might need for a beach stay. Beach is steps from the back door and the views from the back porches are 10/10. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again for everything Greg!!
