Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.Livingood is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 30 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet. Please note, LivinGood is currently listed for sale and may be subject to occasional showings during your stay. Showings are limited to a maximum of two per week and will never exceed that amount.
