We’re truly sorry that your stay was more frustrating than enjoyable. We understand how disappointing it is to deal with crowded amenities, long elevator waits, difficult parking, and interactions that don’t feel welcoming, especially when you’re on vacation. While some of these areas are managed by the resort, we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback is important, and we hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide a more enjoyable stay in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay was impacted by so many issues. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive expecting a comfortable vacation and instead encounter cleanliness concerns, maintenance problems, and especially a refrigerator failure that resulted in your groceries spoiling. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We also apologize that you were not kept properly informed about the maintenance visit and the status of the refrigerator. We understand how important clear communication is, particularly when an issue affects your food and daily use of the condo. The placement of the backup refrigerator also should have been handled more thoughtfully to avoid interfering with the dining area. Your comments regarding the comforters, floors, walls, mirror, garbage disposal, and flickering light are being taken seriously as well. This is not the standard of cleanliness and functionality we want our guests to experience, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so they can be addressed. We’re glad you were able to enjoy the fantastic view, but we recognize that the view does not make up for the hardships you experienced. We’re genuinely sorry we fell short during your stay and appreciate your honest feedback.

We’re thrilled to hear your stay was amazing and that you enjoyed watching dolphins, fish, and even manatees right from the condo with the binoculars. It’s wonderful that the fully furnished kitchen and comfortable beds made your visit even better. We’d love to welcome you back for more memorable mornings by the water!

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you for choosing Book That Condo, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another great getaway!

Hi Chris, we appreciate your feedback on your recent stay with us. As fun as the sand can be, it is usually the biggest nightmare to keep out of a condo. Your feedback has been given to our Housekeeping staff so they can better prepare for guest stays. Thank you for being our guest! We hope you will let Book That Condo host your next vacation in Panama City Beach.

Hi, Jeannette. Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that the condo was a great fit for your vacation. The parking situation is something we're looking into, and we'll be sure to keep that in mind for our future guests. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the tubs—we'll make sure this concern is rerouted to the respective department. Thank you again and we hope you'll consider us again on your next vacation.

Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the clean condo, beautiful view, and quick elevators, especially with your group of eight.
