Located in the Cooper Young Historic District, our home is a perfect option for groups of families and friends.

This historic home is fully renovated and full of history and charm! It's unique and beautiful design will make you feel right at home. Settle in and crank up the record player with some classics while you and your friends shoot some pool in the game room. Make sure to end your day relaxing in the built in hot tub, chatting by the fire pit, or cooking on the grill.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, and a high chair for your smallest guest. There is both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for your use.

Dining room features a large table and comfortable seating for 10.

Place was in a great location, accessible to anything you need within 15 min... Close to the museums and attractions we were interested in.... Comfy yet spacious for a decent sized group.... Kids were entertained and comfortable... Would stay again

This lovely and huge house in Cooper-Young has a great location and an excellent layout. The hot tub is a great touch as is the record player next to the pool table! One note, though: this is an older house, so when it's very hot outside, the A/C struggles, particularly upstairs. That said, if you're out and about (as you should be in Memphis!), it won't be an issue for you.
