Hi Brittney, We are in the customer service business, and anytime a customer takes the time to provide feedback, we are grateful. So, thank you. We also feel obligated to our future travelers to provide context your review omitted: -Most of your arrival day, as we let you know, we were in touch with the kitchen faucet manufacturer trying to get the replacement solenoid part overnighted (after paying 2 different plumbers in an effort to see if we could get the ‘smart’ faucet back up and running another way). Unfortunately, we found out end of the day that the manufacturer had already shipped the solenoid regular mail. We were reaching out to update you with that news just as you contacted us. -Regretting the kitchen sink was out over the weekend, we also reached out the same day to offer several complementary tokens of apology. -To our surprise, your husband texted outside Vrbo stating that our complementary offers were “inadequate” and he expected a monetary refund. We never received a request for money back via Vrbo. -We messaged 2 days later asking if you would like either of our complementary offers. You declined, stating you “completely understood” re the kitchen faucet and it really wasn't an inconvenience at all since the dishwasher and everything else was fully functional. In the future we do hope you will find a better fit at one of Vrbo's other 2 million plus properties worldwide. Sincerely, Patrick & Carrie

So great to hear you and your family loved Crazy Birds, Jolee! We fell in love with its location too— Some of our favorite things remain being able to park the car on arrival and never use it again until we depart… Waking up to coastal views and the sound of bird song… Walking to one of the waterside bars for cocktail hour… And family bicycle rides, including to sample the terrific array of dinner restaurants… Hope to welcome y’all back soon!
