Equipped with full size kitchen (has everything you need to cook), sleeper sofa, 50 inch HDTV smart with cable. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Everything you need for you stay is right here! Please read over our reviews. You will love this place!

This was the perfect location…beach access, close to shopping and eats, and just a beautiful area. The place was cozy, immaculate, and the perfect size for me as I was traveling alone. It would be just right for a couple as well. Marcia is a gracious host and I appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked. Simply lovely! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Stay. Right in the middle of everyting and 2 blocks from my favorite restaraunt (Cafe Surfanista). It's right on the beach and downtown, but still very private b/c the dunes are a great buffer. It was 4th of July and the the drone show was literally right over our heads. Rented boards at Ocean Surf World and had fun paddling out, even though there wasn't much of a swell. OH! We did see a baby turle make it back to the water and a SpaceX Rocket Launch. Really a perfect location and very comfortable. Marcia made everything super easy. 5 Star.

Stayed right down town of Cocoa Beach - Our unit was on the ocean and we were in the middle of everything Cocoa Beach - highly recommend!

Lots of things were great, couple of things… well, were not.Biggest plus was the communication with the host - she was extremely quick to respond when we sent notes in the VRBO chat thing. That was really great and shows she cares.However, main reason we needed to communicate was the air conditioning went out on our first night there. She got someone out and they repaired it by middle of the next day, but still. Looking at the condenser units in the building, they’re all showing their age.So, I would have given 6 stars for comms if I could, but for comfort, HVAC was a major downer, as well as the bed. It was not comfortable for my wife or me, extremely firm.On cleanliness, had to dock points as the coffeemaker still had both coffee grounds and water in it, which leaked out on the first night.In summary, great comms with the host and appreciated the hustle, but the room itself is good at best.

Steps to the Beach

We loved staying here. It was right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. The beach was not too crowded. Great little spot for a getaway!

Beach getaway

The condo was wonderful and in a convenient location. We could walk to the beach and to all the quaint locations nearby. I also liked that we had a dedicated parking space.

Central location

Close to beach, restaurants, and cool spot to view rocket launched. There is a bagel shop practically beside the condo for easy breakfast. The host is quick to respond to communication and the place has a bit of anything you might need.

The Sunrises!

This was a great place to stay especially for 2 people. You can walk to several restaurants and I recommend Coconuts on the Beach. It’s clean, easy access, great contact with Marcia. Highly recommend!

Beach Front Condo

It was lovely to wake up to the soothing sounds of waves and enjoy such a fantastic view. The condo was in walking distance to most anything you could need. The host supplied beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys which were much appreciated. Overall, we had a great time!

Great VIEW! In the heart of the action!

The view of the beach ⛱️ is absolutely amazing. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Bed great and pull out couch a view of the ocean wonderful. Clean! And great communication. Secure locks on both doors.

Great view and surroundings

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Cocoa Beach. The condo was great exactly what we needed. We spent a lot of time outside at the beach which was nice to be able just to walk and I have to drive and park. There were several restaurants and bars around. We only drove our car once and that was to go to the Ron Jon surf shop, we will be back! Such a great host she was very responsive.

You’ll love it!

My husband and I spent a long weekend here and absolutely loved it! You’ll fall in love with the beach view and sunrises. The condo is spotless and fully stocked with everything you can imagine ! Communication with the owner was great and checkin was a breeze. It’s located close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, rentals for boats, kayaks, etc. We wish we could have stayed longer! If you’re looking for either a quick getaway or a few weeks vacation, this is the place to go!

Perfect location

Literally oceanfront- 2nd level view of the ocean with steps down leading right to beach, everything you could possibly need on premises, close to restaurants, but in a part of the beach that is not crowded. A minor issue with how to open the sliding glass doors was instantly remedied with a visit from the owner in 2 minutes. The bed has a great mattress. Ceiling fans in the LR and BR plus a box fan in addition to great air con made a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great unit, but questionable neighborhood

The unit itself is great.; very clean and had everything we needed. Great views and easy access to the beach. However, we were disappointed in the surrounding neighborhood; it’s a bit “seedy” and party central. You’re right next to 2 nightclubs, so the music was loud late into the night and I wouldn’t be comfortable walking by myself at night. Plus, we we’re woken up by someone vomiting Sunday morning.... yuck! The building itself is dated and the access to it was hard to find at first. We were grateful that the owner gave better directions, because GPS is not accurate. If your big “party people,” this would be a great location. We did enjoy our weekend, but we wouldn’t book again.

First of all, this Condo is in Downtown Cocoa Beach within walking distance to many restaurants and live entertainment. There is a noise ordinance at 10pm during the week and 11pm on the weekends. Since the police and fire station is located 1 block to the west of the condo, there is police presence and the area is very safe. In fact, my husband and I stay at our condos quite frequently with our 4 year old and have never been concerned over our safety. Cocoa Beach has little to NO crime. Our building is older but all 4 our our units are remodeled and we keep them in great condition. The entire building is now mostly vacation rentals with people enjoying themselves. It sounds to me these guests would be more suited to a hotel and pay beach hotels prices. I have well over 80+ 5 star reviews and have owned this condo for almost 7 years. I have many people as repeat guests (some have been back 5 times) and they LOVE the condo and the area. It is one of the closest condos to the beach as many of the newer buildings have a further set back!

I have gone the extra mile for my guests to make sure they have a wonderful stay. Guests often tell me it's the cleanest rental they have every stayed at. I try to have the condo well stocked for my guests as well.

We also have another unit located directly below this unit. Perfect for families traveling together!
