This renovated property has been updated, preserving its original charm while offering modern comforts and functionality. The space has new luxury vinyl floors and stylish new furniture, imagine preparing meals with brand-new appliances, and relaxing in a setting that blends old-world character with modern amenities. EV Charging level 2 available on property with your stay. Bring your own vehicle specific adapter to plug into NEMA 14-50 plug. Wake up with a full battery charge and ready to explore. EV charging is located in the driveway next to the back entrance steps.


Conveniently located with easy access to shopping, restaurants, High Point University (1.8 miles), the High Point Furniture Market, and Truist Point Stadium. The home's layout is designed for a functional and welcoming flow, and proximity to the stadium means access to High Point Rockers Baseball & Carolina Core Football adjacent to Stock & Grain offering a variety of restaurants.

Clean, cozy and in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Publix and tennis courts for a quick game of pickleball or tennis.

The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vanity.

The living room sectional pulls out to convert to a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Extra blankets stored in the chaise of the sofa. There is on-site laundry with a dedicated work space.

All linens, including towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, flex coffee maker, and basic cleaning supplies under the sink.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and well-kept, with a professional feel throughout. The location was excellent—close to shops and a grocery store, which made everything convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

10/10 for sure. Had a wonderful time staying on this property. The hosts were very communicative, they left enough essentials for all guests and would reply promptly when messaged. The space was very clean and very stylish. Wonderful quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. The location is right by everything so we had the easiest time getting around. I will be booking again the next time I'm in High Point.
