The Space:

Shady Grove offers 1,700 sq. ft. of Hill Country charm with room for up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces. The primary suite includes a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom features another king bed, and the third bedroom includes a queen bed. A twin trundle bed is located in the laundry room, thoughtfully separated by curtains for privacy and convenience, providing flexible sleeping space for kids or single guests. A separate nursery provides a crib and high chair for little ones. All three standard bedrooms feature room-darkening shades and sound machines to ensure a restful and uninterrupted night’s sleep.



Inside, the open living area is warm and inviting, with a cozy library nook, comfortable seating, and large windows with views of the oak-shaded property. Guests can relax and unwind with a smart TV and sound bar, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, a dining table for six, and a coffee station with coffee, creamer, sugar, and sweeteners.



Outside, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or swing beneath the trees in the front yard. We’re pet-friendly! Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome, with a maximum of two unless approved in advance. The fully fenced yard makes it easy for pups to roam safely — just remember to pick up after them to avoid a small “bad dog” clean-up fee.
