Villa pulita e ben fornita attende il vostro arrivo

Il 1.500 sq. Ft. Open space e 300 sq. Ft. Deck sono l'ideale per rilassarsi, mentre in vacanza. Questa villa eccezionalmente pulito contiene tutto il necessario, mentre lontano da casa: lavatrice / asciugatrice, internet wireless, 2 HD TV, giochi da spiaggia, e molto altro ancora. Tutto quello che dovete fare è imballare i vestiti!

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un divanetto che si apre in un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno principale è stato recentemente ristrutturato e ci sono un sacco di asciugamani freschi disponibili. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli e si collega alle altre bagno recentemente ristrutturato. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto per il vostro comfort.

La sala grande è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di attività. Scegliere un film dalla nostra collezione di DVD e godervi la TV a grande schermo, accogliente con un libro della nostra libreria o godere di uno dei numerosi giochi / puzzle. Parlando di giochi, c'è anche un biliardino disponibili! E quando è andare a letto, il divano nella Grande camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale.

La cucina è stato completamente ristrutturato con frigorifero nuovo, lavatrice / asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. C'è anche un comodo bar per la colazione che può ospitare quattro. O per quei pasti più grandi, utilizzare la sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per sei. Gres porcellanato tutta la cucina, hall, sala da pranzo e due bagni di aggiungere un tocco di classe.

E se si sta ancora lavorando su questo tan, uscire sulla grande terrazza con built-in panchina, grill a gas, tavolo e molti posti a sedere.

Ci sono cinque piscine della Regina zona di Grant da usare e si sono solo dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Se non ti piace camminare, puoi andare in bicicletta o utilizzare il servizio navetta gratuito di Dunes Buggy che ti porterà ovunque a Palmetto Dunes e Shelter Cove (da aprile a settembre).

April trip

It was as advertised. Very clean, absolutely no bugs anywhere, lol. Bikes were available but we didn’t get a chance to ride them this time unfortunately. Unit was very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed it a lot. Spouse took a short early morning walk to the General store each day and the beach was close. Nothing to complain about!

Spacious and Convenient!

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday, and everything was just as advertised. My family of 4 was able to spread out in the spacious living room, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra drip coffee maker that was provided! The location in Palmetto Dunes was also fantastic. My toddler was very capable of the 10 minute walk to the beach, and we appreciated being near the pickleball courts, general store, and bike rental place. Our host was also very easy to get in touch with, and very accommodating when we arrived early. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfect beach get away!

This is a perfect location inside Palmetto Dunes, it is so family friendly with lots to do! Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay in this condo! Easy beach access you can get to by driving or riding bikes! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Great condo in a great location

My husband, baby and I stayed here while visiting family on the island during Christmas-time. We had such a great stay! The condo was clean, quiet, in a great location, and had everything we needed! We definitely took advantage of the beach access being so close and saw a few gorgeous sunrises during our stay. We will definitely book again for future visits to HHI!

Wonderful property!

The condominium was very clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic. We has easy access to the beach, bike paths, multiple pools , and a general store. We will definitely return!

Our stay at Palmetto dunes

We loved the condo. Rode our bikes to the beach. So close. Had hoped to play pickle ball but courts very busy, as they are everywhere. Host very responsive. Large condo, lots of room and very well equipped. Very clean as well.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Queens Grant Villa! The place was clean and comfy and well stocked! The only thing we missed was a salad spinner:) great to have the bbq to use as well. Beds were wonderful. Everything was easy from booking to check out. Communication with owners was quick and positive. This villa is in a perfect spot in Pametto Dunes. We would not hesitate to book again.

Well, we had another great time at Ryan's and Maggie's condo. This is truly "our home away from home." It had everything we needed, and was spotless, as usual. We have considered staying in a different part of the island, but this condo is ideal for us. We just love the convenience and familiarity of Palmetto Dunes. We definitely hope to be back, and will stay here again!

Unfortunate Experience

Nice property, but having to deal with roofers during the stay made it unpleasant. Access to the deck was completely blocked off, and getting in and out of the home was an obstacle course. Basically, paid for 5 nights and got 3.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed and more (extra blankets, well-stocked kitchen, board games, bicycles, etc.) The walk to the beach from the condo was not bad at all (about a half mile), but there is a parking lot right at the beach entrance that you can drive to and eliminate the walk altogether! We ended up doing this most mornings and it was as simple as can be. We did have one major hiccup on our trip- our 12 year old son broke his leg while skimboarding on the beach. We still had several days of vacation left, and he really wanted to stay, so we did... and we were pleasantly surprised to find that we could rent a beach wheelchair at the Outfitters so that he could still enjoy being outside and looking at the ocean! So we were pleased not only with the condo, but with the whole Palmetto Dunes resort area and what was offered there. It was certainly a vacation we will never forget!

Beautiful condo!

Ryan's and Maggie's condo is beautiful! Also just as important to us when we travel is the cleanliness of the place. As soon as we walked in, it felt like our "home away from home." We had stayed at this particular condo prior to Ryan and Maggie taking ownership of it, and had known it to be a lovely condo, but now it is even better than before. The updates in the decor, as well as the game table, television, beach items, grill, make it even more enjoyable. Also, I want to mention that Ryan displayed such professionalism from the beginning of the process to the very end. Communication was always open, and he was always so personable. We are looking forward to returning to beautiful HHI, and would again stay in this lovely condo---- such fond memories for our family. I would, without hesitation, recommend this condo to future visitors to HHI! Thank you, Ryan and Maggie!

Great times in Hilton Head

My recent in Hilton Head was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this would be a memorable getaway. The property we chose exceeded our expectations in every way, making it the perfect choice for a weekend retreat. First and foremost, the location was idyllic. Nestled in a serene and picturesque setting, the property offered breathtaking views of nature. The property itself was immaculate. It was evident that the owner took great pride in maintaining it. Cleanliness was top-notch, and every corner of the space was thoughtfully organized. The interior was tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the open layout allowed for easy socializing with our group while cooking. Additionally, the Hilton Head had various entertainment options, from board games to a high-speed internet connection, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. In summary, our stay at this Hilton Head was excellent. We enjoyed a perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and modern amenities. It's the kind of place that leaves you with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway. We're originally from the midwest and started vacationing in Hilton Head in the late 90's. Needless to say, it didn't take long for us to fall in love with the weather and everything HHI has to offer.

We now live just outside of Charlotte, NC with our two beautiful daughters - the driving force behind our villa purchase in 2013. We couldn't think of a better way to spend our time together than building sand castles, riding our bikes and dining at the wonderful restaurants.

We feel the single level open floorplan is perfect for our family. We also love that we're located in the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort community with access to all that it offers.
