The property is functional. Plenty of HOT water, refrigerator, microwave, AC, door keypad, all work great.The property looks like the owner is/was redoing it and either stopped or never finished. The living room area is comfortable, with a big TV. After that things go down hill. Popcorn ceiling is coming off in chunks. Floors are old and in rough shape. Doors and walls are scratched/dinged up, bedroom window blinds are broken. Limited kitchen utensils (no butter knives at all), no counter space (the picture of the kitchen is accurate). TV remote in the master bedroom does not work.Worst of all for us was the lack of response from our host. We sent a message shortly after we arrived and it took our host 2 days to respond, with no corrective action regarding our easily correctable issues (butter knives, cork screw and TV remote).I will not use this host or this property again.

Due to an A/C leak that was fixed the day before the stay Instead of cancelling the stay at the last minute the repairs were made so that the stay still be more than comfortable. There was not a cork screw . As for the remote there are two remotes one for the power and another for everything else. I apologized during your stay as will as right now again for the delay for response due to surgery the day of check-in . I have been an excellent host thus far . I’m truly sorry your stay may have differed from the many other stays

The house was great for our needs. Came in for an LSU football game. It was in a great location just away from the hustle and bustle but easy to get to and from the stadium. Great location if you can leave the stadium turning left on River road. Quiet neighborhood, a/c worked great, house was clean and beds were comfortable!
