"Summerwind" viene offerto agli affittuari !! La nostra tranquilla e serena casa ecologica vicino al mare si trova vicino al golf, all'oceano e al villaggio di Montauk. Situato a tre isolati dal campo da golf e dalla piscina di Montauk Downs, ci troviamo a 3/4 di miglio dal centro della città e da tutte le principali spiagge, ristoranti e locali notturni. La nostra casa si trova vicino alla zona del porto dove troverete charter e porti turistici di classe mondiale, equitazione, ristoranti e negozi. Summerwind è confortevole, moderno e immacolato ma con un'atmosfera accogliente !! Godetevi l'arredamento pulito e classico, i soffitti a volta, il lucernario e il camino a legna nel soggiorno. La casa è completamente attrezzata e include WiFi, altoparlanti interni / esterni, (puoi semplicemente collegare il tuo iPhone!), smart TV a schermo piatto con cavo e pieno accesso a tutti i canali premium, aria condizionata centralizzata, aspirapolvere centralizzato e lavatrice / asciugatrice per servizio pesante. E per quei cuochi gourmet c'è un forno a gas a servizio completo, insolito per Montauk! La tana, con un letto matrimoniale sul cancello anteriore, è direttamente fuori dalla cucina e può raddoppiare come camera da letto aggiuntiva per accogliere gli ospiti. Goditi il grande ponte esterno privato con le sue brezze oceaniche. È dotato di una griglia a gas Weber e di un bellissimo tavolo e sedie in teak per pranzare all'aperto! La proprietà è circondata da una riserva per la massima privacy. C'è anche una doccia esterna con una zona spogliatoio separata. La nostra casa si trova nella prestigiosa sezione Country Club di Montauk, a pochi passi dal campo da golf e dalla piscina di Montauk Downs. Se siete in vacanza in famiglia, la casa è dotata di una piscina per bambini, biciclette, giochi da spiaggia e giochi e 6 sedie da spiaggia.

Quindi, vieni a rilassarti, rilassarti e disintossicarti - goditi il nostro golf, le spiagge, i ristoranti e le attrazioni quest'estate e oltre. Ti innamorerai .... Il che mi ricorda di dirti che l'autunno è un bel periodo dell'anno a Montauk ....... ????

Absolutely Fantastic Montauk Vacation

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay at this house for the month of June this summer, hosting our parents and friends for a few days. The location was only a few mins from the main town and beaches, quiet with friendly neighbors - ideal for those looking to get away but still have easy access to all the things Montauk has to offer. The house was absolutely amazing - very clean, felt newly renovated and decorated with plenty of room for guests and an incredible deck where we spent days lounging and dinners grilling. The yard was ideal for sunbathing and relaxing by the firepit in the evenings. Was a plus the house came with bikes and beach chairs, as well as laundry in basement! Victoria was an ideal host - super communicative and very helpful when needed. We definitely hope to return!

Summerwind, Montauk, NY

The house was fantastic. The description on the website was spot on. My sister and I decided that we would like to get away together with our families and this house was perfect. It is neat and clean, well-appointed and felt homey. It is close to all the happenings in Montauk. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed it very much and recommend it without reservation.

Very Nice Home

The description of the house is accurate and actually better than anticipated. All rooms clean and orderly and the home is very well decorated. All appliances and mechanical aspects of the house were in good working condition. The owner was very courteous and easy to deal with. We kept a boat at a nearby marina and the house was very convenient for us. It is close to downtown and easy drive to IGA store and other nice restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again in the very near future.

A Great Summer House Close to Everything

I stayed at Summerwind in July for a week and then again in August of 2013. I found the home to be all new, clean, well kept and comfortable and is all that Montauk has to offer. The owners are easy to get in touch with and are anxious to please. WIth Montauk Downs Golf Course and Pool only 3 blocks away and the beaches less than a mile away it is the perfect summer get away. And for those who enjoy sport fishing like myself, all the marinas are close as well. I highly recommend Summerwind and look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Idyllic Summer Days at Summerwind

My husband and I rented this house in July 2013. Despite a record-breaking heat wave, we were very comfortable. Everything in the house is new and it is less than one minute away from Montauk Downs, where we swam and played golf and tennis. We also joined the Body Tech gym which was a fifteen minute walk away. The owners did a wonderful job of decorating, making it very inviting and homey. They were very hospitable and anxious to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The deck offers a lovely, breezy spot for dinners and my husband used the outdoor shower the entire time we were here. What I particularly liked is the ease in keeping the house clean and the lack of clutter that often comes with summer rentals. I would highly recommend Summerwind.

We are native New Yorkers living in the city and have always loved the ocean. For years we have beach vacationed in and around the Greater New York area always with an eye out for that perfect beach house. We finally found it in Montauk!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

It took us years to decide on whether or not a beach home would work for us. Montauk was a magical town that I had visited way back when..... surprisingly It is still the "feel good" place I remembered as a child and our two daughters encouraged us to go ahead with the purchase. We finally found a home with the perfect layout that needed some TLC. We decided to go ahead with a renovation and make it a home that we could share with others.
In the process we tried to create an eco-friendly environment choosing organic products wherever possible and even installing a central vacuum system to eliminate dust and allergens in the home environment.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The house is in a unique section of Montauk. Our home is in a natural preserve with Montauk Downs golf course 3 block away. The "Down" boasts a driving range and full facilities including a large pool and tennis court. Each window of our home looks out toward the surrounding natural setting. It is appealing to both beach lovers and golfers alike, a combination that is unusually rare. Most importantly it is centrally located, under one mile to most of Montauk's attractions including Ditch Plains famous surf beach and the center of town.. Creating an Eco-friendly environment within Montauk's pristine natural setting was important to us as well therefore we do not allow pets of any kind in our home. The house, as well as the surrounding area, provides a respite from the conditions of daily modern living. You will love the ocean breezes when relaxing on the deck and will enjoy the open feel of this property.
