Very cute place with full kitchen and bathroom. Very close to stores and reasonable drive downtown/beach. Host was communicative and we had no issues!

The room was clean and entry was a breeze. The property location is not in a great neighborhood. The security gates never closed during our stay. There is no closet or anywhere to hang clothes up. The towels were very small and thin. The host was very long in responding to questions before our stay.

We had such a great stay here! The house was very clean, looked exactly like the listing photos, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We especially loved that the property was pet friendly and had a dog park area for our dog to enjoy. The gated entrance closing at night also made us feel very safe and secure during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was really nice. Only disappointment had to do with garbage. No problem with removing trash but did not see a dumpster to put it in. Everything else was good

Evergreen Cottages was amazing. It had way more amenities than I was expecting. A gated dog zone, BBQ grills and picnic areas and outdoor lighting that made the place so cozy. The home was comfortable and spacious for such a cozy home. The only thing I would change was there was no place to hang clothes (like a clothing rack) and the water temperature in the shower was a bit finicky and it came out either scalding or cold. Other than that everything else was amazing.

The great: safe, gated area that was well lit; beautiful, bright cabin! Full kitchen, including stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, pots and pans and dishes; spacious shower; someone has really taken the time to furnish this place so it feels like home; minimal excess stuff, so toddler proofing was a breeze.The one bad thing, which we shared with the owner: the bed was very squeaky, so that when we moved to roll over or get up to use the bathroom, it woke the other person up.The things that prevented it from being perfect (for us): the only door is to the bathroom, so when I went to sleep, my husband had to do something in the dark or risk keeping me awake—not a big deal for us but might bother others. We couldn’t have our son’s family over as there wasn’t a way to separate their toddler from us for a nap time, but we just went to their house instead. Also, no shelves or dresser to keep our clothes in. There was a coffee table and a small decorative table we used, but since we stayed for five nights, it would have been nice to have a place to put our clothes so we didn’t have to dig in our bags each day. Again, very minor.We’d definitely stay again and are sad this place isn’t available when we come back down in May.
