Property was great and our host was excellent in responding quickly to a couple questions we had. Beautiful property that was very clean when we arrived and was just as advertised. Lake was clear and great for the kids to play and catch some fish.

Peaceful. Quiet. Beautiful kayaking Lake Hutchins in the morning. Catching fish from the dock in the evening was fun. Great place for a relaxing getaway.

This was our first time staying at Kym’s place, and it honestly exceeded all of our expectations. It was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! The property was so peaceful, relaxing, and incredibly well maintained.One of the things that impressed us most was how thoughtfully everything was stocked. There were multiple times we were about to run to the store because we forgot something, but every time we checked the house first, it was already there! We wanted to make a bonfire but forgot lighter fluid and extra wood, they had it. My friends bought a birthday cake and needed a cake stand and there was one waiting for us. It felt like Kym had truly thought of everything.Kym was one of the sweetest, most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had. You can tell she genuinely cares about making her guests feel comfortable and at home. We had an amazing stay and will absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommend staying here!

Family & I felt that the lake view was magical! The cottage was cozy & clean! I felt like I knew the host even though we never met prior to our stay! Very kind! We plan on returning for future vacations!
