Property was very clean, kitchen supplies fantastic (although coffee maker does not shutoff automatically), lots of towels etc. Fun game room and great hot tub and pool. Really only reason I am not giving 5 star is the listing shows the house closer to Kierland commons and that is why I picked property. The house is located much further south of where it says it is. That was very disappointing. Otherwise, property itself is great!

Overall experience was good. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels. Very spacious for 2 families. Property appeared to be clean but Floors were filthy, everyone had dirty socks and feet from walking around. We had asked for the pool to be heated first day when we arrived it was cold. Property management had it fixed and pool was heated the following day. One thing I was disappointed with is this property is NOT where it notes on the map when you book it. It says it’s a 7 minute walk to Kierland Commons, and it shows it is right off Greenway Parkway, not true!! It is off of Thunderbird Road. The reason we booked this house was that it was “walkable.” It was not.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are glad you found the home spacious, well equipped, and comfortable for your group. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issue with the floors and understand how disappointing that must have been. We also appreciate your patience regarding the pool heating and are glad it was resolved shortly after. We regret the confusion about the location and walkability, as we understand how important that was in your decision to book. Your comments are very helpful, and we will review both housekeeping and listing clarity with our team to improve the experience moving forward.
