The condo was nice but disappointed by the lack of beach towels, no beach chairs and no shower gel in the bottle left for us in the shower in the master bathroom. In addition, the washer didn’t work to wash clothes and many light bulbs were out. The black out shade in the master bedroom was broken, fortunately we were able to find a ladder to roll it up. We were not given any tissues, not enough trash bags. The unit is not a quick walk to the beach. We had to drive and park. We purchased two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella which we left in the unit for the future renters or owner. Also, the pool was closed for the week because of mold in the pool. So we were unable to swim in the pool. If you want to eat at any of the restaurants on Longboat I suggest you make reservations in advance as the good restaurants are all booked. Longboat is beautiful and the gulf was great. We enjoyed our week and overall the unit was comfortable.

We apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay. Had we been notified during your visit, our maintenance team would have responded promptly to address the washer, light bulbs, and blackout shade. We strive to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible so our guests can fully enjoy their vacation. Regarding beach equipment and supplies, these amenities are not advertised as included with the unit. That said, we appreciate your thoughtful contribution of the beach chairs and umbrella for future guests to enjoy. We also appreciate your feedback regarding towels, trash bags, tissues, and bathroom supplies, as it helps us identify opportunities to improve the guest experience. The temporary pool closure was unfortunately beyond our control and was necessary to ensure the pool met all health and safety standards. We understand the disappointment this caused and appreciate your patience. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We are pleased to hear that despite these challenges, you enjoyed your week on beautiful Longboat Key and found the accommodations comfortable overall.
