With four bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds, there’s plenty of space for guests to spread out comfortably. Three bathrooms make mornings smooth and hassle-free. Queen and twin sized air mattresses are available as well as a pack n' play. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this peaceful retreat offers a terrific home base.

This house sits on plenty of acreage so you have plenty of space from neighbors. The house is 1.9 miles from Pelican's Landing Waterfront Restaurant and Bar. There is also a marina at Cedar Mills for gas and a boat ramp. Megastar Casino is 5.6 miles away. A 9 whole public golf course, Buncombe Creek, is 7.5 miles north of the house. This house is centrally located to all Lake Texoma has to offer. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.

No overnight extra guests without permission, no smoking, and no pets are allowed without fines.

Please remember this house is in the country, so critters are everywhere. Don't forget your bug spray! The acreage behind the house is private property and no trespassing is allowed.

This is a wonderful home close to Cedar Mills Marina. We brought our boat and rented a slip for the entire stay. We used the kitchen and grill it was all wonderful. The beds are slightly firm just for knowledge on the beds. The couches are amazing. It was all fantastic.

I cannot say enough about how amazing our stay was! We've stayed at alot of VRBO's and this was by far the best we've ever experienced. Everything on the property was immaculate and spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures on the listing. Honestly I can't think of a single issue we had during our stay, our host Laura was very helpful and communication throughout was excellent. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay at Lake Texoma.

This place is immaculate and brand new! The space was exactly what we needed to host a friend group staycation. Very spacious, clean, and quiet. Every detail was well thought out and appreciated down to the local recommendations, towels/sunscreen, bathroom products, kitchen items, and even koozies (we all know we forget those)! Laura was very detailed in communication and check in/check out was super smooth. I will definitely be back!!

This was the perfect weekend rental for our family of 10! We loved how the house was laid out, it’s really helpful when you have littles to have separate spaces. Laura also has everything you will need for kids, adults, etc. Everything in the kitchen was well stocked and was easy to cook meals with, beds were comfy and everything was clean and fresh. We would stay here again any day!

Hi, we are Kevin and Laura and we live right here in Texoma. We love this area and love Lake Texoma. We had this property and wanted to do something special with it, so we decided, why not build a house to share with visitors to our area? We hope you love it as much as we do.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Pelicans Landing is our favorite restaurant and you can find us there at least once a week. We keep our boat out on Lake Texoma and enjoy the golfing and casinos that are near by.
