We loved the location of this spacious home and the large beautiful outdoor spaces. Also especially loved the ocean views from many rooms.

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. It was very close to the beach and restaurants. Communication with the property management was great. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Charming, quirky historic house in a great location with many indoor spaces to gather. Expansive wrap-around balcony with ocean views. Onsite parking is a bonus given little or no street parking; short drive under 10 minutes to shopping and dining. Property management is extremely responsive, even answering phone calls on the weekend.

Large roomy property with great views. 2 giant bedrooms and 3 smaller ones but all were roomy. Lots of outside areas to relax in. Only drawback is that the upstairs AC was not working and it was unseasonably warm in SD while we were there. But there were lots of fans that made it better.

The host was excellent in quickly responding to our messages and very clear in her communication. The House is very large, spacious, and has a lovely decor. The view from the beautiful and spacious decks is spectacular. The upstairs was challenging at times because of no air conditioning during an unusually humid weather condition. Fans were available and helped make it more comfortable.

The owners were quick to respond to Repairs needed in one of the bedrooms. The second level did not have air condition and provided fans. Some rooms were still too hot. Other than that accommodations were great. You definitely need transportation while staying here.

We were in for a weekend event. We originally rented because of all the bathrooms due to all the family wedding prep. Once we arrived we quickly realized the premises far exceeded expectations. The views from the porch were incredible- we spent ALL of our downtime there. The layout inside was perfect! There were multiple living areas and it was easy to commune or get some quiet time also. Bedrooms were all big and everything in all rooms was A condition. Highly recommended!

GM response. This property does not have a pool. A pool is not listed as an amenity. Furthermore, there are no photos of a pool on any listing platforms.

The house had a fun layout for the kids. It had a decently stocked kitchen, so we were able to make some good meals. The proximity to the open space is really cool. It needs some work, though, so it didn’t feel like we truly got our money’s worth. The exterior looks a bit rundown. Lots of little things here are there that need repair. The air conditioners didn’t work, but thankfully they weren’t needed too much and were able to open windows to make it comfortable. The upstairs rooms need some A/C because the traffic noise from the location combined with having a closed door meant sleep was a bit spotty. Mattresses need some upgrading. The grill is in pretty rough shape.

The house is at an excellent location with beautiful view of the neighborhood and the ocean. You can also see the ocean while waking up in the morning from most of the rooms, which makes for a wonderful morning. The house itself is dated but quirky. It has a unique charm. It is also well stocked with everything you may need. There is plenty of space for to enjoy your stay with a bug group and not to feel cramped up or crowded. My group was 4 people so we had extra space.The house is also professionally cleaned for guests, and the hosts leave plenty of towels and basic hygiene supplies. The deck is big and spacious and almost wraps around the house- which was very nice. Lastly, the he communication with the hosts was excellent! They checked in daily via text message to ensure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would personally return to this property.
