Beautiful property! The home is wonderfully quiet and clean, with easy access to river floats, grocery, restaurants. The hot tub was such a delightful touch! Beds and pillows firm and comfy, kitchen very well appointed. One of our best experiences in home rentals.

We loved our stay here! The house was big, bright, and clean and the communication about it was fantastic. The location was ideal - tucked away in the woods and very close to Sunriver Resort.

Very modern, well built, and yet rustic vibe. Had everything we needed! Communication with the host was responsive, thorough, and genuinely sincere. They addressed all of our requests quickly, ensuring specific items were available for our family wedding preparations. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was great to prepare large family meals with gas stove and oven. Outdoor area was wonderful for lounging by fireplace with family conversations. Water pressure was great. Location was beautiful with sunsets through the big windows, and also convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Enjoyed peaceful mornings to watch nature around us from the porch or hot tub. Surrounding area will be more developed soon, new homes going up. No bike paths directly connected but roads were viable. Sun River village amenities and bike paths just a short drive away for rental.Would love to come back again!

Great family stay near sun river

We love this place! This is our second time staying here with our two kiddos. Great home base to have fun in bend, mountain bike, etc. kids have the upstairs to themselves and everyone has their own space. Very cool architecture.

Really lovely

Spent a perfect couple of days over the winter break here with my family of 4. The house is laid out so nicely, there were comfortable places for everyone to sleep, fun places to play, and lots of cozy places to hang out all together. Just isolated enough to feel private, while still being close enough to Sunriver and Bend to be able to get necessities and have some fun. Will definitely stay here again.

Great house

Stayed here with two of our young adults, its a great layout, very open and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the heated floors downstairs. Not quite as close to the paths for cycling/walking as we hoped but we had a great stay.

Sunriver winter stay

This property was one of my best Sunriver experience yet. We will be reserving this property again in the future. Quite and private yet still close to town. Clean and well stocked home missing nothing. A hot tub is the only thing we missed after a day of playing on Mt Batchler, nothing a hot shower couldn't fix.

Holiday Weekend

It was a beautiful property nestled outside of Bend. The home was very clean, new, and fresh. It was smoky while visiting the area, so we spent a lot of time in the house. It provided rest and was a great spot to hangout for a few days. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was furnished well. I would recommend this property for all and will plan on visiting again.

The house was great, and lived up to all expectations. Immaculately clean, and awesome layout. The door code thingy was a little wonky, but it worked eventually. Everything else was perfect!
