Beautiful property with nice screened in pool! Nice views of canal and quiet area. Stores are close to get what is needed.

The house was very enjoyable. It could have been detailed a bit better but did not disrupt our stay. We found hairs on the floor where it could have been swept better and the sliding glass doors were not cleaned properly but as I said it did not affect our stay. I didn't realize that using the spa area of the pool was an extra charge. That was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed where we were and the location to where we played.

Casa Mar Van is an amazing rental. The host, Paula, is very responsive and friendly. The home itself has all of the amenities and then some. If you wanted to you could just fly into Punta Gorda with just clothes in a suitcase. The host has thought about everything...shampoo, conditioner, body was, toothpaste/brush as well as all of your beach/pool necessities. We will be staying at the property again, in fact, we do not want to leave. We will definitely miss the friendly neighbors and their furry friends

The screened lanai was her favorite place to hang out.

Fabulous spot for a FL escape! Before arrival, the host made sure we had all needed info for an easy check in. When we arrived, we felt very welcome and appreciated, with all of the personal touches left for us throughout the home. I contacted the host a few times with questions and she was very quick to reply. She couldn't have been nicer! She clearly cares about her renters and providing a memorable and happy experience.The home itself was just as pictured, though the beauty of the backyard area was even more grand than expected. We were greeted each morning with an amazing display of bird life, as well as occasional gator sightings along the canal. The lanai was definitely the favorite spot to hang out.The interior was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation stay, including comfy beds, a living area with TV, streaming options, & games, and a dining room with pool & canal views. There was also a separate coffee bar setup for the coffee lovers!The location is ideal, in a nice neighborhood with lovely neighbors and very central to loads of local interests. It's a quick drive to the grocery and any number of restaurants. The beaches and local towns (Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key, among others) are also nearby and easily accessible. There's a very helpful list of favorite local attractions, restaurants, & places to visit, making it easy to find things to do. I would definitely recommend this home for a vacation getaway!

House was clean and everything in great working order. All the little things really add up! We appreciated the coffee bar and spices. We did cook and the kitchen utensils, pans etc were nice. Towels are nice, plush and absorbent. Super glad for separate beach/pool towels as well. Thanks for the water. It got us by until we could get to the store. I also recommend Lipinski’s Tavern!
