Very nice property. Housed six men on a golf outing. Ample supplies for preparing breakfast and one dinner.

Property as described. ONLY complaint is not enough room in the kitchen to store groceries for extended stays. Cut out some of the duplicate pots/pans/dishes to free up some cupboard space. Clear counters is just one of my Pet peeves. EVERYTHING else was/is great

Some blinds were missing and the sliding glass door frame contained a vertical piece of padding where the edge of the door fit up against was loose and coming off, but very nice and clean home.

Very nice place to stay. Home was clean and was provide all your essentials. Husband and I loved the heated master bed. Great way to get the chill off on an artic ride.

The hosts were responsive and very friendly. The hot tub was up and running - a HUGE plus - and the space was clean, comfortable, and very functional. A super quick 4 minute drive over to Crystal Mountain. I highly recommend this location - my sister and I had a wonderful time!

Crystal Dreams - Lovely Chalet at Crystal Mt

Amazing! Perfect for my family! The location was fantastic- VERY close to Crystal Mountain and in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. The house was super comfortable and had all the ski vacation vibes. It was nice having all of the kids upstairs, which gave the first floor a little separation/privacy. The house was very well thought out and every amenity you could think of was provided. Great decor and finishing touches as well. We will definately be back!

It was a super great home, we totally enjoyed the fireplace and coziness of the home. But 2 days after we got home we were plagued with Pontic fever, bad body aches congestion tightness in the whole upper body, fever chills, nausea I had it for 6 days, hubby around 5 days. I text the manager and told him what happened and he made up a story of how it was drained two days before which was a lie because we met the new hot tub guy and he told us that it was his first time there. He was not there 2 days before he told us himself. The manager did nothing t get back to us until I test and demanded he contact me or I would call the health dept. he call just to lie to us with saying it was dumped ahead of us, we made him promise it would be dumped so no one else gets sick! I feel because of it lasting so long and how serious this was we should be refunded or credited to stay at a different place of our choice! This is a law suit but we are hoping you make things right to avoid court!

Dear Wendy: We are very sorry that you had a negative experience, but the information that you provide in your review in factually incorrect. We absolutely did not lie to you in any way and we find it quite offensive to be accused of this! We hired a new person to manage the hot tub for us and he came out to the house for the first time just 2 days before your arrival. He completely drained, cleaned, and refilled the hot tub at that time. He did come back 2 days later on the day of your arrival because his vacuum was not working when he was there previously and he wanted to vacuum up a small amount of sand from the bottom of the hot tub. I am sorry if you somehow misunderstood him, but these are the actual facts relative to what transpired.
