Avrai così tanto spazio da allungare e rilassarti. Bel balcone dove puoi uscire e goderti il bacon croccante e le uova di formaggio. Sedetevi al bel tavolo da pranzo in vetro e godetevi il vostro caffè caldo mattutino che riempie l'appartamento con un aroma di chicco di caffè macinato fresco. Reclina il divano e goditi la notte davanti alla Smart Tv e agli episodi di binge watch di "Fixer Upper" o rivedi "Avengers Infinity War" o "Something's Gotta Give" perché Diane Keaton e Jack Nicholson sono solo magia cinematografica.

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano accessibile da una serratura intelligente e ha il suo accesso personale al balcone. Quindi a tutti i miei ospiti con problemi di mobilità Ci sono 2 appartamenti supplementari al primo piano con cui possiamo ospitarvi. Fammelo sapere. Eri così felice di averti!

Il mio complesso di appartamenti è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2017.

Ci sono due negozi di alimentari vicino Aldis (6691 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46219) e Save A Lot (il più vicino ed è a 15 minuti a piedi 4 minuti di auto) (3739 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46201).

Inoltre, il percorso dell'autobus corre lungo la traversa con una fermata diretta a 2 minuti dalla Suite.

C'è un sacco di parcheggio con un parcheggio appositamente designato direttamente dietro il complesso di appartamenti!

June 2020 Visit

The property was a pleasure to stay at again. There is great ease of access to downtown and freeway for travel around the state. Amenities were perfect for eating in to avoid crowds.

Wonderful rental unit

The street has relatively low vehicle traffic. The neighborhood seemed to be quiet. The unit was fantastic. I had a great stay. I'd recommend this property to others.

Visit to father

Neighbors were loud. They knocked on our door at 1130 pm and asked us to open a wine bottle. They sat on porch talking and laughing until 3 am. Other neighbors yelled and hollered about lost keys at 7 am. Poor sleep. Mattress terrible on bed. Will never stay here again.

We arrived late at night, no parking available in front of the building. It was in a ghetto area on a poorly lit street; I did not feel safe, we did not stay. The next morning I called Sean to tell him we didn't even open the door. Of course, I was charged for my stay and cleaning!

Looks can be deceiving

4 of us staying because it shows one bedroom, Futon, air mattress. However there was one bed NO air mattress and the Futon had stains:( There was NO linens for the Futon. There was NO air mattress for the 4 th person. NO TOILET PAPER or paper towels. Kitchen still had groceries from before half used gallon of milk other item also. Mini blinds in bedroom falling apart. A/C’s filters were so filthy we had to take them out. Picture on the vrbo sight showed a bridge with water VERY DECEIVING. Overall I would not stay again.

Do not recommend!

Pics posted for this listing are deceiving. So many issues. 1. No blinds (just sheer curtains on EVERY window) so anyone from the street can see right in the windows. 2. Shower floor was dirty and dirty wash rag left in shower. 3. Apartment has mice. 4. Dirty diaper was in the trash can when we arrived. 5. There weren’t enough towels for my family to shower with. I asked for more and they were delivered on day 2. (Only 2 towels). On day 3 I requested fresh towels and told the owner I had all of our used towels in a bag by the door. I also requested more toilet paper as there was only 1 roll of tp when we arrived- I had to send 3 messages and finally contact VRBO to get a response. When the owner did respond to my messages, her response was: “I did bring you clean towels yesterday and I wish you would have let me know about the toilet paper then.” I am sure we would have let her know- but we didn’t need it then. This has not been a pleasant experience and it’s been handled less than professionally. Unfortunately- I would NOT recommend this property to stay at.

We can enjoy the house for 2 nights wiht amenities such as coffee and utensils for cooking. However, the worst part was the inaccurate information about the number of apartment. All of the directions were about the number 64 apartment, however, it was written as 62. Thus we had a very hard time to open the house. One more part is the matress on the bed. It must be replaced as soon as possible. The cleaning of oven was dirty, therefore, we could not use that one due to the alarming sound.

Better than expectations!

The Elephant Suit was very clean and was even stocked with snacks and coffee. The futon in the living room was a bit uncomfortable but would be excellent for small children. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. Also a very quiet area with little traffic. Close to down town if that's what you want to do. The only negative was the lack of television channels other than Netflex and Zulu, no CBS, FOX, ABC, or NBC so we couldn't watch the news or sports. Otherwise a nice place.

Great apartment, Amazing host

From the beginning Ciara was amazing!! I had accidentally booked one of her properties for the wrong dates. I immediately contacted her and she allowed me to cancel that booking and even suggested another apartment. She has impeccable customer service. The Elephant Suite was perfect. It was just myself and a friend for a girls night out and the apartment was safe, spotless, updated, and very comfortable. Very charming house and the balcony was a nice place to have morning coffee. I would highly recommend Ciara as a property owner and this apartment.
