Summary:
Welcome to the Elephant suite that you'll never forget. We are located only 10 min to the heart of downtown. Enjoy your privacy. You'll have so much space to stretch out and lounge. A nice balcony where you can step out and enjoy your crispy bacon and eggs. Sit at the pretty glass dining table and have your hot morning coffee that fills the apartment with a fresh ground coffee bean aroma. Recline the couch and enjoy the night in front of the Smart tv.

The Space:
The apartment is on the second floor accessible by a smart lock & has its own personal access to the balcony. So to all my guest with mobility issues There are 2 additional apartment's on the 1st floor we can accommodate you with. Just let me know. We're so happy to have you!
Additionally, The futon is the 2nd bed option provided. To help plan your stay better please let me know if your planning to use the futon so I can provide linens. These are only provided complimentary after the third person is accounted for with the guest count.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and mostly families and elders. My apartment complex has been completely Remodeled in 2017.

There are two Grocery stores close by Aldis (6691 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46219) & Save A Lot (the closest and is within 15 minutes walking distance 4-minute drive) (3739 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46201).

Also, the bus route runs along the cross street with a direct stop 2 minutes from the Suite.

There's plenty of parking with a specially designated parking lot directly behind the apartment complex!

Any violation of the House Rules (NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS) will be fined starting at $50 up to $500.

Getting Around:
The bus route is on the main street two minutes walking distance from the Suite.

There's also an Enterprise car rental location within minutes of the apartment.

As your host providing you with a great home to share your vacation with is my number one priority. I enjoy meeting great travelers that come from all walks of life.
