Centrally located in a small, quiet community, this Gulf getaway is just across the street from beach access. You and your guests will also enjoy amazing amenities during your stay, including a pool area overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, a beach cart, and beach chairs mean you'll have everything at hand for a fabulous Gulf Coast adventure!

Your property is thoughtfully appointed with modern decor and all the conveniences of home. A warm and welcoming living space with a large smart TV and an adjacent dining area offers a comfortable place to gather for quality time together. An updated kitchen completes the common area, boasting stainless steel appliances and everything you need to pack afternoon picnics or prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Outside, a covered balcony with a ceiling fan creates an ideal spot to kick back with a crisp drink.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. The town's residential quality and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, this community is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It’s home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country.

short little stay

The property was fine. It met our needs. Kitchen had what we needed to cook. Washer and dryer were great to have, especially because they make you wash and dry the beach towels they provide before you leave. The house had one dish pod and one laundry pod...no hand soaps or anything...so be prepared to bring your own, it does say it is scarcely supplied...this was true. Th beds were not comfortable at all. Couch was comfortable however, but arm rest was very hard and we neded up with bruises from this. The kayaks and paddleboards and beach stuff was great to have. Pool was great. Dock was great to look for wildlife. Beach was very close. The floors upstairs were filthy and my feet were black with dirty...we dont wear shoes in the house...it was that way when we arrived. I did notify company when we checked in and got ZERO response. I also notified them about garage door not working and a nail sticking out of the floor...which i stepped on. Again got ZERO responsw from agency. Tried to call, texted, emailed...and in 4 days had no response. Things would have been much better if they would have been responsive. I am glad we did not have any crises with the property or things that would have been an impedement to our stay...but the agency wouldnt know because they disnt reapo d!

Just what we needed

Place was very clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and started us off with paper towels, toilet paper etc... CVS is close for all things you forgot or need more of. Beach is just a short walk across the street. Kids loved going to Lulu's for ice cream at night which is right next to the place.

Quiet location

Both sheets on the bunkbeds had sand in them, no trash bags or sponge for the kitchen. Everything else was as expected. Amenities in the garage were fabulous. Thank you!

Great experience along the Intracoastal

My family of four enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids had a great time with the community pool and all of us enjoyed using the unit's kayaks on the Intracoastal, which the wheeled carts made easy to access. Getting to the gulf beach was also easy. The unit itself was clean and spacious, lots of closet space. The kitchen was perfect for our needs, and the appliances were very up to date all around. I had been expecting some road noise from Gulf Boulevard and there was none, the layout of Seashell shields it well.

The place was great- having the kayaks and bikes was great- used them every day. The only disappointment was that we selected this place also because it had a pool but the pool was under renovation . No one told us ahead of time and no effort was made to provide access to another nearby pool.

Loved it

My family and I stayed for the weekend and had an absolute blast. The beach, restaurants and shops were all just a short walk away and being able to use the beach toys was a huge plus. I do wish we had more direct access to the owners. There were some things we needed to report and couldn't reach anyone directly. Other than that, the whole experience was better than we expected.

Great Proximity to beach

The condo is quite close to the beach (across the street and down the road 1/2 block). Loved the use of the paddleboards and beach chairs. Condo location is in a complex with just a paved road/parking area and no great views, but it was clean and comfortable. We wish there would have been a few more common spices/condiments in the kitchen, but other than that, it was very convenient and comfortable. We liked that it was a bit south of Clearwater beach as there were less crowds. Restaurants were in easy walking distance or a short drive.

Condo was nice, buy floors were dirty

The overall property was very pleasant, however the floors throughout the condo were dirty. The beach was beautiful and the weather was awesome. The walk to the beach was close.

Spring Break Visit

This condo was perfect for our spring break trip and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay! Location was great - just a short walk from the beach access across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Location

We absolutely loved out stay at Seashell 12! Everything was so nice and well taken care of. The location is awesome! It was so convenient to be able to walk right across the street to the beautiful beach!

Lovely stay in Indian Shores

Had a great stay! Very clean and included extra supplies I was not expecting. Had a few minor issues that were fixed immediately. Loved the beachchairs, bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks and used them often. Lovely vacation! Would definitely come back.

Great Beach Vacation!

Property is well located, well supplied with beach stuff and near plenty of good food! AC seemed to struggle just a bit to keep it cook at night, but it was in July and the overnight lows were in the upper 80*s... Overall, a great vacation, and "the best ever" according to my 10 year old!

Great location

We loved the location -only a short walk to the beautiful beach. Also close to many restaurants and bars. Very roomy and clean rental with everything you need for the beach including bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and wagon. The bathrooms could use updating and we also wished that their were stairs from the garage to the condo for those rainy days but our only real complaint was that the bbq grill was too dirty to use which was disappointing . But all in all we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Nice spot in Indian Shores!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse in Indian Shores! It was nicely appointed, quite spacious and very clean! Just a quick walk across the road and we were at the wonderful beach and at the opposite end was a nice dock to sit and enjoy the view of the Intra-Coastal. Bonus...Lulu’ Ice Cream Shop was super close!!

Wonderful getaway

We had a fabulous time staying at this property. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock on the intercostal. We made use of the kayaks and enjoyed time on the balcony. The property mangers were quick, helpful, and so pleasant. We loved our stay!

Truly a 5-star experience

We truly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well kept property. Location is nearly perfect-only a short walk to beach and many good eatery's. Everything you need is provided. Property was extremely quiet considering how busy this area is. A really nice touch was having a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime! Thank You!

Winter vacation with teens

Easy booking process and clear communication with managers. Property description was accurate to what we found upon arrival. Great location for beach access and close easy drive from the airport. Unit was clean and had plenty of products/items to make the stay easy.would definitely rent again.

Holiday rental

We rented this property for a 4-night stay in December 2019 for our family of 6. The condo was in great shape!! We all really enjoyed the beach amenities that came with this place (beach chairs, paddle boards, beach toys)! The pool at the condo complex was quite cold - so my kids were a bit disappointed by that. However they still enjoyed it a few times. Overall a nice place!!

Awesome place!

The place was bigger than I thought with comfy beds and very nice kitchen equipment. Felt like I was at home not a rental. Great use of space too. Loved having the paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and wagon!! One of the best rentals I have EVER stayed at!!
