Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good unit for not a lot of money close to the beach, our favorite restaurants, Barefoot landing, and anything else you may want to do. Be aware there are only 2 parking spots which is difficult if you are filling up all 5 bedrooms.

This is a 5 bedroom condo with only 2 parking passes. Which is not put anywhere on the listing. So we had to find a spot ourselves to pay to park the car, couple miles away. They didn’t offer or have any good suggestions for our third car to park. There was a chair broke when we got into the condo. One couch recliners didn’t work. They said the cleaning should be done at 4:30, it wasn’t so we had to wait outside the door for about 10-15 more minutes while they finished.

A really nice condo, great view, awesome location a block from the beach access. Much larger and more spacious than it comes across in the photos. The only thing missing was enough parking. There were only two spots allotted for this space, which is meant to sleep 16 people. We had 3 families with kids, which meant we traded off on the using the 2 parking spots available to the rental. Not a deal breaker, but definitely inconvenient, as North Myrtle Beach is very restrictive in street parking at night. This place is managed by a realty company, so a solution might be to offer an available extra parking space from one of the other properties. Also, having to go to a separate location (realty office) a few minutes drive away to pick up the keys and parking passes, and then going back at the end of the stay to drop them off again was not ideal. A lockbox at the property, as most other places offer, would be preferred. Overall, though, a great stay!

I enjoyed the property and the atmosphere! The parking was my struggle as well as the elevator breaking down. But overall it was fine.
