This beautifully decorated 4-bedroom townhome is located in the gated and amenity-rich Bella Vida Resort and features a private pool, BBQ grill, thematic bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen — everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay.
Ideal for families or small groups, the home accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. Just 17 minutes from Disney and less than 35 minutes from Universal, you’ll enjoy easy access to the parks while coming home to a peaceful, secure resort setting. Guests also enjoy full access to the clubhouse, resort pools, gym, and more!

Here are the approximate distances from the main attractions you may wish to visit:
• Disney World: 17-minute drive
• Universal Parks: 30-minute drive
• Magic Kingdom: 22-minute drive
• SeaWorld: 28-minute drive
• Amway Center: 40-minute drive
• Legoland: 50-minute drive
• Gatorland: 30-minute drive
• Medieval Times: 30-minute drive
Nearest required establishments you may need:
• 7-Eleven: 6-minute drive
• Walmart: 12-minute drive
• CVS Drugstore: 10-minute drive

Getting around
• There is a residential parking next to the property building. Parking in the street or on the grass is not allowed. If there are more cars, it's possible to park at the clubhouse just 4 minutes of walking distance.
• There is a gate guard at the entrance of the community to increase local safety. Guests need to provide the full names of the drivers upon the reservation confirmed to be registered at the gate guard
• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard

There are some important things to note related to additional services provided upon request.
• The pool heating: $35/day (plus taxes)
• Pet-friendly fee: $85 (plus taxes) pet fee per booking.
• Propane tank for BBQ: $49 (plus taxes)
