Questo complesso di appartamenti si trova a Atlantic Beach e vanta una posizione strategica sul mare. Triple S Marina e Anchorage Marina sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, ci sono Coral Bay Shopping Center (Centro commerciale) e Morehead Plaza Shopping Center (Centro commerciale). Anche Acquario della Carolina del Nord a Pine Knoll Shores e North Carolina Maritime Museum (Museo) meritano una visita.
