Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed staying at this property with our teenage children and dog. There was plenty of space to spread out and the short walk to the beach was perfect!

Great House!

House was great and had everything we needed! Location was awesome with just a short walk to the beach. Loved our stay and loved the house!

Great home and location! Beach access just across the street! Cleanliness was okay. I feel like the house needs a deep cleaning; especially in the bathrooms and corners of the house. Loved the fact that the house was not too close to other houses and had a lot of parking spaces! Kitchen was supplied with majority of necessities. Handle on cold water for outdoor shower broken so only had hot water and water hose sprayed water everywhere. Overall, great choice! Would love to stay here again!

Relaxing on Topsail

We enjoyed our time and the wonderful views at this home. Easy access to beach. Nice to eat breakfast on 3rd floor in the morning and look at the ocean. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great trip. Used as homebase for 12+ for UNCW graduation weekend. Easy beach access and lots of parking.

Great large house across the street from the beach.

Our family enjoyed our time at this house. For our needs perfectly. Just had to walk across the street to the beach and easy to go back to the house for the rest room and a quick bite for lunch.

Relaxing Family getaway 🏖️

What a wonderful home and perfectly located within steps to the beach. Our stay was filled with lots of laughter, sun, sand, and memories made. We loved the big kitchen table that we were able to play games on and all sit to eat at. The decks showcased amazing views of the entire island. We would love to stay here again! Hopefully next year ❤️

Great location ! Not oceanfront but darn near close enough and no parking fees !

The top loft is neat. Love the full decks with hot tub ! Cool easy to use kitchen with small island.

Beautiful home with beautiful views!

This home is in a perfect location with great views of the ocean and sound. Only a shoe walk to ocean access. Hot tub was a great addition.

Great home and location

Great home with lots of room for everyone. Lots of room for family to hang out together. Quick walk to the beach. Nice views from the home, could even see the dolphins. The kitchen was well equipped. Great home any time of year.

Great Stay

Can’t beat the location and views of this beach house. So close to the ocean and grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are nearby. Lots of space to spread out and the large deck with a hot tub was amazing. Make sure to bring your own beach chairs, umbrella, toys etc as they aren’t provided. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Easy check in and out process. We would happily stay here again!

Swallows Nest

The property was close to the beach with a terrific view of the ocean and intercoastal waterway. There was plenty of space for everyone and the deck had gates at either end allowing us to feel safe that the dogs and children were able to move from inside the house to outside without worry.

Nice home

Plenty of room, great access to beach and cottage was comfortable. The only thing that needs looked into is the washing machine…when you run it it sounds like it is going to fall through the floor in spin cycle…I think the drum is off center…great place though.

Beautiful Fall Break

This place was awesome! Close to beach, but no neighbors too close! Hot tub was great on a cool autumn night! House is very spacious and well set up! I can’t say anything negative! We really enjoyed our stay!!! Would definitely back❤️

Decent spot

This was a typical stay. The hot tub was nice. The views were beautiful. Perfect distance from the beach. There was nothing that was super spectacular about the place, but it was overall a good place. It could use updates on paint, a working microwave, and the cleaning crew could pay better attention to detail. A BBQ grill would have been a nice option.

Best location to ocean and BEST views!!

Everyone loved the hot tub and lots of deck to hang out. We had 3 teenagers in our group so sleeping was a challenge for them. The sun was too bright in loft to allow them to sleep in😂😂😂 It would be great for younger kids that like to get up early.

Christmas Getaway

The family really enjoyed the house. We got plenty of exercise as we climbed steps on every level. The adults loved the spaciness and ability to get away without leaving the house. The kids truly loved the 3rd level and the play area. The view from the home of the sound and the ocean was special. The home provided everything we needed. I have already shown the pictures of the property to my friends.

Thanksgiving week at beach

The dual views of the sound and ocean are delightful. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Kitchen is equipped and we appreciated the cleanliness of kitchen and bathrooms. Parking is easy. Bedrooms mostly are large. Foam toppers on the mattresses. The LR furniture needs a refresh and the living room isn’t large enough for the # of bedrooms in the house, considering it is the only inside gathering space. We had 9 adults and 2 children. May be less of an issue in the summer but something to consider if you have a big group.
