Ristrutturato a novembre 2013

Questo spazioso, silenzioso e luminoso secondo piano ristrutturato 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno condominio composto da nuovi mobili bagno e cucina, nuovi ripiani cucina in granito, nuovo tappeto, nuova vernice, nuove piastrelle vasca e vasca da bagno, nuovi condizionatori d'aria, nuovi mobili e molto altro ! Questo condominio di secondo piano ha alti soffitti a volta e un ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo che crea un'atmosfera ampia, luminosa e ariosa.

Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino sul bellissimo lanai che si affaccia sul canyon tropicale costituito da palme (uno dei quali mio suocero ha piantato!) e fiori, per tutto il tempo ascoltando gli uccelli canori.

Il premiato Grand Champions dispone di 2 piscine, barbecue a bordo piscina, vasche idromassaggio, nonché tennis e golf adiacenti al complesso. In 10 minuti a piedi o 2 minuti in auto si può passeggiare per 3 1/2 miglia di spiagge, nuotare, fare snorkeling o visitare negozi e ristoranti in ottimi ristoranti. I vicini hotel a quattro e cinque stelle offrono anche il noleggio di barche e altri servizi.

Beautiful stay

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful garden view from the lanai and the grounds are filled with tropical flowers. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. Communication with our host was great and she was super helpful when our plans changed. We had a great stay.

Easy living, great location

Property was in a great locale in Wailea, and convenient unit within condo community across from a condo pool. Condo was well stocked and clean, but furnishings were very outdated. Unit needs a facelift. Property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Beautiful Getaway

Rachel's place was a beautiful location for our stay. Short walking distance to many great restaurants and the beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everying we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Paradise

This is a great place to stay in Maui. 5 min drive away from the hustle and bustle of South Kihei drive, in a nice quiet area in Wailea. Condo is very clean and has everything you need.

Great location and great communication

Frequent visitor to Maui and love staying in this area of Maui. I have stayed at the Grand Champions Wailea before. Appreciated that I was able to get permission to check in early.

Wonderful Place to get away from it all!

What a great place to rest and relax! We had a lovely time at this great property. It was clean and enjoyable for our family of four. We would definitly try and book this one again. It was clean and had all the little extras that make the island fun to explore.

Almost everything you could ask for.

It was a fantastic week-long stay in this Wailea condo. It offers pretty much everything you could need, with a full kitchen, and all the beach equipment you could possibly need. The only small criticism I have, and it’s quite nitpicky, is that all the pillows are very flat and don’t offer any support, so they’re not great for a side sleeper, but otherwise it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing break.

Fantastic location, clean, convenient

Great location within walking distance to premier shopping, golf, restaurants, etc. Unit 10b was nice, clean, and conveniently close to parking lot, pool, etc. Only small issue with unit was a “thin” wall (ie could hear neighbors) with adjoining unit, and a shared deck. Overall, a recommended location!

Wonderful accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Despite being a family of 4, there was plenty of room and we never felt cramped (with help from the lovely high ceiling). It is well maintained and felt clean and well looked after. On the whole it was well stocked and we had almost everything we needed (except beach towels, there was only 1 for 4 people :) The facilities were great and the kids had a great time in the pools and spas. If we are ever lucky enough to find ourselves back in Maui, I would not hesitate to book with Helene again.

Great Location!! Perf Condo!!

We are so glad we found this super comfy condo!! The Owner was nice enough to let us check-in a bit earlier so we can get ready for a wedding!! We made it to the wedding on time!!! Patio is super relaxing for morning breakfast. Very happy to have chosen Helene and Bruce's condo! God willing we will make it again next year, this time with our kiddos!. Thanks again. :)

Lovely!

Had a great stay here. It was one of many stays for us at the Grand Champions complex which is nicely situated right in Wailea. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and listening to the nature sounds and being in close proximity to the shops at Wailea and the Wailea Beach Path. The ceilings were high and the condo felt very roomy. Full sized appliances. Beach gear/snorkels/boogie boards provided. My only feedback is to PLEASE get a new mattress. The mattress is horribly unsupportive and you sink right into it but not in a good way. We woke up each morning with a sore back. With a new mattress, this would be the perfect stay.

A pleasant stay

We had a very enjoyable stay in this pleasant condo, close to the "Shops at Wailea". The owner is very friendly and quick to reply and the lanai does indeed face a huge tree full of birds, mostly mynahs. It was quiet during our stay, but potential renters should be aware that this seems to be an originally larger condo, divided by a wall which is not very soundproof and that the lanai is also divided by a transparent partition. If you are not lucky with your neighbour, it could be very noisy. The wifi was extremely slow, so we could not even watch a movie online.

our overall impression of the property was very good

we enjoyed the condo very much...its in a great location for us as its not as busy as kehei or lahina...we thought the condo was a great value for the area...we would definitely rent it again when we come back to maui...the only real complaint i have is the soundproofing between us and the studio...apparently we were a bit to noisy for the tenant...and we thought we were being as quiet as possible...maybe if tv was on the other wall..we had it on loud enough for us to hear it over the fan..but i guess it still bothered her..also the the tub was plugged the first time we went to use it...it wasnt a big deal to clear but that kind of stuff should be taken care of...other than that...its a great little place and would have no problem recommending your place to any of our friends who are going to maui...thanks again dale and sherry adair

Nightly Rate Reflects Interior of Condo

The units location is great being in Wailea. Very easy walk to the shops at Wailea and to the beach. The unit had beach towels, chairs, and sun umbrella which was really nice. The owners were very good at getting back to us on a few things which was appreciated. This unit is a lower priced unit as compared to other condos in Wailea. However, remember you get what you pay for. Overall the condo was clean. The furniture is clean, but dated and tired. I felt the kitchen was well equipped, but with low end items including the coffee maker. The pillows and comforter need to be replaced. The pillows and comforter are thin and old. I realize price reflects what you get. However, it doesn't cost a lot of money to have a decent coffee maker, good pillows, newer comforter and sheets. The mattress has a piece of foam placed over the top of it. The foam piece makes the mattress very soft which was tough on my back. The condo walls are thin and you can hear everything from the unit next store. The renters on that side can hear everything from our unit. Watching TV, we kept the volume low as we didn't want to bother the couple in the other space. I believe the unit next door is the lock-off connected to the condo we rented. You share a deck with this unit. There is bit of lattice work and plants that separate the two spaces. Okay, but not that private. You are paying for a good location and an older place.

Nice condo in Wailea

We absolutely loved our two week stay. We have stayed in this particular condo complex several times before and love it every time! It's the only place we will stay when visiting Maui. The condo had everything you need to cook a meal, wash and dry clothes, and visit the beach. Rachel was amazing to work with and allowed us an early check-in and later check-out time. We will definitely stay here again.

This Grand Champions condo has been in the family for 25 years. Sylvia Sherman, Bruce's mother, relocated back to San Diego to spend time with family. Helene and Bruce then remodeled and began renting the unit. Rachel, Helene and Bruce's daughter and Sylvia's granddaughter, has taken over the handling of reservations as of March 2019. We all love this condo and would like to retain this family legacy on Maui for our children, grandchildren, and others to enjoy.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

After Helene and Bruce enjoyed a marvelous vacation in Maui in 1989, Bruce encouraged his parents to travel to this beautiful island. To help the reluctant travelers, he planned the itinerary, down to the best beaches for swimming and snorkeling. At an early morning breakfast, looking out over the calm Pacific waters, his parents decided to move from the 'cold ocean and bitter San Diego winters' to swim and snorkel year round in the 'warm waters of paradise'. That was 25 years ago!
