Great home. It has everything you need and the pool was wonderful. Close to the beach. Certainly better than expected for the cost!

The place was was spacious but very basic. The did have several additional things like pool towels (had stains) beach chairs but were very old. The bath towels smelled like mildew, the bathroom counter was dared and very low. They provide washer and dryer but was in closet outside and the closet door was beat up. The overall aesthetic of the unit was depressing. I will never stay here again.

The property owner had everything we could possibly need on this trip which made our lives so much easier! Next time I visit Maui this will be my go-to!

Beautiful Getaway

Rachel's place was a beautiful location for our stay. Short walking distance to many great restaurants and the beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everying we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Paradise

This is a great place to stay in Maui. 5 min drive away from the hustle and bustle of South Kihei drive, in a nice quiet area in Wailea. Condo is very clean and has everything you need.

The place was very clean when we arrived and owners went above and beyond. Had all beach chairs umbrella and toys if needed. I’d stay again in a heartbeat

Beautiful stay

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful garden view from the lanai and the grounds are filled with tropical flowers. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. Communication with our host was great and she was super helpful when our plans changed. We had a great stay.

Great location and great communication

Frequent visitor to Maui and love staying in this area of Maui. I have stayed at the Grand Champions Wailea before. Appreciated that I was able to get permission to check in early.

Had everything we expected and needed for an excellent staycation in Maui.

Condo is an excellent location and well within walking and short driving distance to multiple restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. The condo is also in excellent condition with many amenities like beach toys, chairs, full kitchen, laundry, and WiFi that only made our stay better. The owner was very easy to work with and was very helpful throughout our stay. Love this place and definitely look forward to the opportunity to stay here again when we return to Maui.

Nice condo in Wailea

We absolutely loved our two week stay. We have stayed in this particular condo complex several times before and love it every time! It's the only place we will stay when visiting Maui. The condo had everything you need to cook a meal, wash and dry clothes, and visit the beach. Rachel was amazing to work with and allowed us an early check-in and later check-out time. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Rachel's condo is a fantastic home base for a fantastic Maui vacation. Highlights include: - having our breakfast out on the very private deck, listening to the birds chirping. - all of the "extras" included, which allowed for fantastic beach outings (cooler, beach chairs, towels, snorkelling gear...) - Within 5-10 minutes of some of the best beaches in Maui (Ulua, Wailea, Makena Landing) - Very quite and nice neighbourhood

Fantastic location, clean, convenient

Great location within walking distance to premier shopping, golf, restaurants, etc. Unit 10b was nice, clean, and conveniently close to parking lot, pool, etc. Only small issue with unit was a “thin” wall (ie could hear neighbors) with adjoining unit, and a shared deck. Overall, a recommended location!

Easy living, great location

Property was in a great locale in Wailea, and convenient unit within condo community across from a condo pool. Condo was well stocked and clean, but furnishings were very outdated. Unit needs a facelift. Property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Almost everything you could ask for.

It was a fantastic week-long stay in this Wailea condo. It offers pretty much everything you could need, with a full kitchen, and all the beach equipment you could possibly need. The only small criticism I have, and it’s quite nitpicky, is that all the pillows are very flat and don’t offer any support, so they’re not great for a side sleeper, but otherwise it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing break.

Wonderful accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Despite being a family of 4, there was plenty of room and we never felt cramped (with help from the lovely high ceiling). It is well maintained and felt clean and well looked after. On the whole it was well stocked and we had almost everything we needed (except beach towels, there was only 1 for 4 people :) The facilities were great and the kids had a great time in the pools and spas. If we are ever lucky enough to find ourselves back in Maui, I would not hesitate to book with Helene again.

Glad you enjoyed Maui. I wish that you had called regarding the towels. We leave one beach towel per person, so you should have had 4 to start. If you had called either myself or my on-island manager, he could have given you many more! His phone number was on all the paperwork that was both sent to you and in the unit itself, in case you needed anything while at our condo.

Clean place with what you need. There’s beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella that are very useful. There’s a property manager you can contact with issues. We stayed in April after heavy rains and there were gnats EVERYWHERE - not the property’s fault, but the manager came and swept them for us when asked.Only 2 toilet paper rolls and 1 paper towel roll provided for a week, or you have to buy more. Deck connects to the unit next door and you can hear whoever is next to you when inside, but our neighbors were mostly respectful and we didn’t mind them. Two ACs that work, and the bed was comfortable. Minimally furnished but that wasn’t unexpected. The Google tv in the living room was nice to stream from my phone.Some rust on the bathtub, the bathroom sink didn’t drain so we had to take it out and that was a struggle, and there was hair on the bathroom counter when we arrived. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Overall a good stay for the price. Free parking spot right in front of where you stay, and a great location right in Wailea. We would stay here again!

Great Location!! Perf Condo!!

We are so glad we found this super comfy condo!! The Owner was nice enough to let us check-in a bit earlier so we can get ready for a wedding!! We made it to the wedding on time!!! Patio is super relaxing for morning breakfast. Very happy to have chosen Helene and Bruce's condo! God willing we will make it again next year, this time with our kiddos!. Thanks again. :)

The round rug under the dining table needs to be repositioned or replaced. Part of the edge is curled up creating a trip hazard.
