Spacious, meticulously renovated semi-detached house bathed in natural light. Ideal for medium to long stays, it offers an elegant living room, a welcoming dining room, and a high-end kitchen with quartz and wood countertops, ceramic backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Covered terrace furnished with armchairs and a coffee table, private courtyard surrounded by mature hedges, and two parking spaces in front of the entrance.

From the split-level entrance, a short staircase leads to the main living area. To the left, the bright living room offers a large sofa, an armchair, and a 50-inch Roku TV. The space is friendly and carefully decorated, combining natural textures and quality furniture.

The dining room, located at the rear, features a large solid wood table and a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for sharing a meal or extending the evening in complete simplicity. A patio door opens onto the covered terrace and the backyard, a green space bordered by mature hedges where you will find comfortable armchairs and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outside.

On the right, the kitchen stands out for the quality of its materials and finishes. High-end cabinetry with wood-effect interiors, quartz and wood countertops, and a glossy ceramic backsplash create a space that's modern, functional, and inviting. Stainless steel appliances include a French-door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a convection range, a quiet dishwasher, and a countertop microwave. Amenities include a toaster, countertop oven, programmable coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, mixer, blender, and a complete set of cookware. A powder room, accessible from the living and dining rooms, completes the ground floor with practicality.

On the lower level, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 42-inch Roku TV, a built-in closet, and blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. The second bedroom features a double bed, a luggage rack, and convenient storage. The enclosed office, designed for remote work, features a large work surface, an ergonomic chair, a convertible futon, and an additional closet.

The laundry room, located in the hallway, includes a washer, dryer, and storage cabinets for extended stays with complete independence. The full bathroom, on the same level, features a tub/shower combination, a contemporary vanity, and ample storage.

The house combines comfort, functionality, and quality. Every detail, from the furniture to the lighting, has been designed to simplify life and provide a seamless experience, whether for a business trip, a temporary project, or a transition period in Quebec City. Several charging stations are installed in the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room to facilitate connected living. The 1 Gbps fiber optic connection ensures fast and stable internet access, ideal for remote working or entertainment.

Guests have access to the entire house, including both levels, the terrace, the backyard and the two private parking spaces in front. All interior spaces are exclusively reserved for their use during the stay.

Only the two exterior cabins are not accessible.

Rue du Campanile brings together cafes, restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy and local services. The area is also dotted with numerous small shopping centers where you can find a variety of supermarkets, boutiques, shops and practical services, which make everyday life easier.

The nearby Hôtel Bonne Entente is renowned for its lush surroundings, spa, and fine dining. Laval University, Laval Hospital, and the major shopping centers on Laurier Boulevard (Laurier Québec, Place de la Cité, and Place Sainte-Foy) are all easily accessible by car or public transit.

For public transportation, several RTC lines serve the area. Routes 11, 13, and Métrobus 807 pass nearby and provide direct access to Sainte-Foy and downtown Quebec City. These frequent lines provide convenient connections even without a car.

If you have a car, road access is particularly easy: Chemin Sainte-Foy, Boulevard Quatre-Bourgeois, and Boulevard du Versant-Nord are all nearby, while the Duplessis Expressway provides quick access to Jean-Lesage Airport and major regional roads. Two private parking spaces are included directly in front of the house, a rare and appreciated advantage in Quebec City.

The house occupies two levels of a semi-detached house. Entrance is via a split-level staircase leading to the main living area. This type of split-level architecture therefore includes a few steps between areas, which may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

To make your arrival easier, a basic inventory is provided: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher capsules, laundry detergent, trash bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, oil, salt, pepper, and a few basic spices. For medium-term rentals, we operate according to a chain of kindness: each guest replaces what they use so that the next one finds the same level of comfort. These products are intended to help you out upon arrival and simplify your stay.

The cleaning fee only covers cleaning after your departure. You are responsible for keeping the house clean and in good condition during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning service, it can be offered upon request, subject to availability.
