Tre camere da letto, due bagni. Splendide viste sulle montagne nel tuo cortile, senza vicini. Ottima zona per andare in bicicletta, tennis, nuoto. Una delle due piscine si trova vicino a casa. Bel camino a legna per quelle notti più fresche. Patio laterale da 36 piedi. Se ti piace mettere alla prova la tua fortuna nel gioco d'azzardo o goderti i grandi spettacoli offerti, ci sono dei bei casinò situati a pochi chilometri di distanza. Ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Non lontano da Tucson e Casa Grande. A circa 10 minuti dagli splendidi parchi di montagna del sud. Hai accesso a tutti i servizi del club privato soggiornando in questa casa.

Retired golfers

Two friends and I stayed 6 nights here. Although one of the beds was a pullout couch it was very comfortable. Very quiet community. There was a pool and spa a short block away and a large clubhouse with pool a little farther. The house was very comfortable. I loved sitting out front in the evenings reading. Great golf courses are very nearby. Shopping close by including the new Outlet stores at Wild Horse. We had to replace the hose on the bar-b-que but no big deal. Owner was very easy to communicate with and even provided a bottle of wine and pizza card upon arrival. Very nice touch. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, TOO. A GREAT BARGAIN.

A very nice place to stay.

My 85 year old mother, my sister and I spent a week at Danila's while visiting my aunt. The house worked out perfectly for my mom who uses a walker to get around. The house was clean and plenty big for us. You certainly could fit a lot more people if need be. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio during the morning. I would recommend this home if you want a very quite place to stay.

Mother's Da and Gradation Stay

My stay was great. The house looks just like it does in the pictures. More than enough room for guests to feel comfortable and not on top of each other. Kitchen was well equipped and cooking was actually fun since we had all the necessary pots, pans, and dishes needed. M Mother enjoyed the quiet community and we were centrally located to Chandler and the major freeways. Only 20 minutes to the airport!

Had a great time in a beautiful home

Our stay in Sun Lakes was excellent. The home was very comfortable and complete. The master bedroom was large, with an excellent bed (and very quiet). The bath was convenient and had everything you needed for a convent stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is large with an eat in table. The living room was large with a large screen tv and fireplace. Our favorite room was the sun room which has leather chairs, two sofas and tables. Even the side yard (with a gas grill) was large and its covered deck made it cool even on the hot days. Sun Lakes has the conveniences of a resort including swimming, golf and resturants. Our only disappointment was that the lighting in the living room was romantic but not particularly conducive to reading. However the sunroom proved to be an excellent alternative. All in all a great month. Would repeat.

Winter Vacationers

We just spent 2 weeks in this vacation home. Location was perfect for us. We have family in the area and wanted to be close to them. The community had everything we needed close by. The house was very spacious, lovely and comfortable. The owner was great to work with and easy to get a hold of if needed. The price was very affordable. We really enjoyed our stay and are already planning next years vacation here!

Stay in a property that is close to Ocotillo Intel, Chandler Intel, Honeywell and Chandler Regional Hospital. Just a couple miles from the I 10 freeway and not far from South 202 and 101. This is a retirement community however anyone that is 40 and older can reside in the property. This house is situated at the end of the sub division. Views of the mountains in the back. Nice covered patio for those beautiful nights. ** Please note this property does not have garage access for parking. Only use for garage is laundry. ****
This is a NON SMOKING property of any kind, inside and out.. The property is equip with exterior surveillance cameras.
